Formally an artist’s studio, Praxis is situated above the beach with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic, beach and Gull Rock. Beautiful decorated in calm colours, Praxis is a one bedroom haven away from the busy world. With french doors opening onto your own private balcony looking out to sea, there really is no better place to relax, unwind and take in the summer sea air. The property benefits from a wood burning stove making equally spectacular during the colder months.

Praxis is the last flat before the Atlantic Ocean so has amazing, uninterrupted sea views over the beach and Gull Rock. Its a place to relax, unwind and listen to the waves. With a cosy log burner and the Port William pub only 100 Yards away.
The property excepts up to two dogs who will love the beach, sea and south west coast path all on the doorstep.
The living space is open plan with a kitchen, dinning area, TV, DVD player and wood-burner. On the same floor is the double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and over bath shower.

Location just can’t be beaten … and that makes up for the fact that the apartment is in need of some repair … it’s looking tired. Some faults ie broken blind reported last year by someone else still hasn’t been fixed!

Stunning views with a coffee from the balcony - particularly during Storm Debi. 2 good pubs & great coastal walking. Praxis was clean, warm, surprisingly spacious and highly recommendable.

Key location was not 100% correct but I found it OK. Flat was clean, warm and welcoming, although some of the window drapes/shutters could do with an upgrade. Some light fittings and TV did not work so reported it and someone came over next morning to assess and help. Lovely location, close to pub and access to some lovely footpaths. Would love to return in the warmer months and on spring tides so more beach to explore.

The best thing about this property is the location. Absolutely stunning view. The property was clean and tidy and everything was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good the phone reception 4g etc is not great at this location. Recommended and would go again.

Trebarwith Strand is a stunning setting and Praxis has unrivalled views of the sea and beach from several windows. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The setting and views alone made this an amazing holiday, having the lovely apartment made it a beautiful and relaxing time. I sat on the balcony and terrace for many hours just listening to the sea. Being just a few steps from the Port William pub just added to the benefits when we didn’t want to cook!
