Host is very friendly and helpful! I was able to check in earlier and always find myself comfortable with communication during my stay. The neighborhood is safe even after 10pm, great location and fantastic vibe! There is a lovely cafe nearby, Sainsbury’s and Little Waitrose are both within walking distance. I really like the interior design inside and outside of the townhouse. Also, I appreciate the gas and heating, easy to turn on and turn off when I need to.

Had a lovely stay with Simone. The apartment is super cute and the location can't be beat. Public transport options are plentiful and everything you need is in walking distance. Simone was super easy to communicate with as well. Definitely recommend 😎

Simone’s place was spotless, cosy, and well-renovated; the location of this property is peaceful (with 1 pub very close-by) and walkable (for buses and trains).
Throughout the stay, she was quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful!
Would recommend Simone’s place to anyone.

This property was amazingly renovated. Looked just like the pictures and it was a walking distance to many London landmarks. When needing to go further it was a small walk to the tube. Simone was a great, friendly, responsive host who helped promptly at any questions I had. Highly recommend during your stay to London!

Perfect location to see all of what London has to offer. Victoria station a very short walk and easy to navigate, many local spots for food and drinks. The neighborhood felt very safe even late at night. Simone was so quick to communicate with and her flat was exactly as shown, sparkly clean and no issues. Bonus points for her lovely guide she adds with the booking for endless options of activities, food, drinks, museums, etc. Would highly recommend this stay!!!

Everything was great, apart the bed…..and in all fairness both my wife and I have bad backs….. bed was a hide a bed, we made it bearable by putting the couch cushions on the ground, then the hide a bed mattress on top of those. This would be my only complaint about space, other than that it was great with a great host in a great location. I think a blow up air mattress would be more comfortable and almost tried to buy one via Amazon during our stay, but couldn’t get it delivered in time. 😂

I had a great stay here! Check in was so easy and convenient. The photos online are very accurate to the actual place and that's not always the case. I appreciate the water in the fridge and the soaps, hair dryer in the bathroom. Cloths and detergent for keeping everything clean. Had a dishwasher and washing machine Great closet space. I absolutely loved the area. It feels very safe and it's easy to walk to Victoria Station or Pimlico Station. Groceries, cafes and restaurant aren't very far eitherThe chair to the side of the bed was great for reading and watching movies. Simone, the host, is very helpful and very communicative.

Wonderful stay in a lovely studio. Perfect location. 10 mins walk to either Pimlico or a couple minutes more to Sloane Square. Very quiet area as well which is just what I look for. One minor issue which was superbly dealt with by Simone. I recommend this studio for sure.

The place was perfect for me, excellent location, super clean and nicely decorated, quiet, safe area, and had enough supplies to last the week. Saw mounted police clip clopping down the back street one morning, nice surprise. Simone communicated with me on check in and check out throughly.
