Portside Resort Unit Z1 is a spacious and well-appointed townhouse vacation rental, offering 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for families or small groups. This unit provides a comfortable and welcoming environment with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
The resort itself is ideally located just a short, easy walk from the beach, making it simple for guests to enjoy the sun, sand, and water without the hassle of driving.

Portside Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida is a family-friendly and welcoming resort, perfect for those seeking an ideal beach vacation at an affordable price. The resort features three large pools, two hot tubs, a children's pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, clubhouse, gym, and more.

Unit Z1 is a spacious and well-maintained vacation rental offering two bedrooms (each with a king-size bed), 2.5 bathrooms, and a private backyard. The upstairs flooring has been upgraded to vinyl for a modern touch, and the living room offers a comfortable couch wide enough for one person to sleep (please note, it is not a pull-out sofa).

For families with young children, the unit is baby-friendly and equipped with a pack n play, a booster seat, and beach items such as inflatables, sand toys, and a beach stroller wagon, conveniently stored in the shed.

To book, guests must be 25 years or older.

Portside Resort is located in a short distance to all of the beautiful places on the beach, starting with the beach, shopping centers entertainment and attraction parks, restaurants and bars.

For guests convenience there are multiple rental golf cart places offering few options of commuting like scooters, bikes, golf carts and jeeps.

Portside Resort Guest Services is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, conveniently located near the resort entrance. Upon arrival, guests are required to purchase a $40 parking permit, as well as pool wristbands at $3 per person.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our studio is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ The owner would like to kindly remind you that the space you will be staying in is their personal home away from home, and not a hotel. As such, they ask that you treat the space with the utmost respect and care during your stay. If any issues or concerns arise, the owner will make every effort to address them as soon as possible.

★ Please note that guests will be responsible for any fines that may be imposed by the condo association or security for breaking property rules or engaging in any form of misconduct during their stay.
It is important to adhere to all property rules and regulations in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.


★We reserve the right to decline any reservation requests from new profiles or profiles without positive reviews.


★Please do not ask for early check-in, it is completely unnecessary as we let guests in as soon as we can. Check-in time is 4 PM, access will be provided only after a home is ready, not earlier.

★Amenities are limited but not guaranteed. Owners are not responsible if any of the outside amenities are not in working order, no refunds will be given.

★ Commercial vehicles, trailers, signs, and ladders on vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community.

★★ PARKING ★★
We would like to inform you that our property has limited parking spaces available, and we can only accommodate a maximum of two cars per booking. Please note that if you bring additional cars, they will be towed at your expense.


★We strongly encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to protect against unexpected trip cancellations or interruptions. Travel insurance is often very affordable, and can provide peace of mind in the event of an unforeseen emergency. Guests can obtain quotes from several different companies by visiting a website such as insuremytrip. It's important for guests to carefully review the terms and conditions of any insurance policy they are considering, to ensure that the coverage meets their specific needs and requirements.


★It's important to note that decorative quilts or pillows may not be able to be washed in the home and therefore may need to be removed when necessary.

★The amenities provided by the rental service include bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4-5 dishwasher packs, and travel-size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
Additionally, bath towels or blankets should not be removed from the home at any time.

★We don't provide laundry detergent, please bring your own.
