Step inside to discover a beachfront haven featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two ensuite queens and two twin bedrooms, as well as three bathrooms. This modern retreat comes fully equipped with a working area, laundry, large family kitchen, and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Fresh linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Perfect for families or a quick getaway with friends.
Step outside to the warm waters of Port Stephens. Our beach is tidal, with shallow waters at high tide – perfect for kids. Or wade out to deeper water for a rejuvenating saltwater swim. We have our own private boat ramp for kayaks, and you can moor your boat in the backyard! (A boat ramp is also conveniently located just 200 meters away). Direct beach access ensures a seamless and tranquil experience. Bring along your furry friends, as two small pets are welcome.
Explore nearby attractions, including Tea Gardens (10 minutes’ drive), Hawks Nest Golf Course (15 minutes’ drive), Mungo Brush National Park, catch the ferry to Nelson Bay, or simply enjoy your own private beach getaway with a BBQ.
Our property operates on tank water which his safe to drink, (if concerned, you can boil the water and store it in the fridge). An initial supply of toilet paper is provided, and free WiFi.
Late checkout can be arranged for an additional $60 (depending on availability).

We had a wonderful stay at Pindimar beach house ! It was very peaceful, and loved spending time at the South Pindimar beach, great for walking, paddling and kayaking. Steven’s place certainly has the WOW factor. Spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed. Literally the perfect location for a peaceful break, right on the water to watch the world go by. Our stay was far too short. We will definitely be back!

Pindimar paradise. Beautiful beach front house. Constantly changing vista from the deck and amazing sunsets. Safe warm swimming. Loved the kayaking lucky to have got up close to dolphins and several friendly pelicans. A short drive to the surf of Hawkes Nest. Thank you Steven for sharing your house, we will be back. Annie. Lovely house Good things: - The nespresso machine is a bonus and lucky that we brought coffee capsules as there is no cafe around for breakfast. - There are plenty of plates, cups, glasses & cutlery for 8 people and they all clean, no cockroach smelly cupboard - Steven's very nice by letting us to use the kayaks which is the main entertainment for the guys. - Good internet - Can walk along the private beach & see the sunset - Washing machine / Dryer / Dish washer with supplied washing powder Bad things: None Things could be better: - Extra floor mats so we can dry our wet feet before entering the house from the backyard We really love the time at the house and will recommend it to our friends. Please drive slowly especially at night you are in the country. You may encounter wallabies, kangaroos, deer & owls. Take a drive to Shearwater on the hill before Tea Gardens before dusk & check out the local kangaroos relaxing in the gardens. Take a walk to Pindimar beach for a great view out the heads of Port Stephens.

1. this is a family holiday house we do not rent the property for parties, weddings or to groups of young people under 22.
2.Please no shoes in house ,
3.Quiet hours 11pm-7am weekend 10 pm-7am weekdays minimum noise to respect nice village neighbours.
4. Bring your own kayak, snorkeling kits .
5. No smoking in house .
7. Two small Pets allowed but not leave pets alone in the house , Extra Cleaning fee might apply .
