Boho chic best describes this charming vacation rental. Relax by the heated pool or curl up with a book in the wicker pod chair. You'll come away refreshed. Our one-level 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with attached Guesthouse offering an added bedroom and bath gives multi-generational families and couples separate sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and efficiently laid out. Eat in or out on the screened lanai where two ceiling fans and sun shades keep you comfortable. You're just a short drive to a variety of beaches, golf courses and other recreation. If traveling with a baby, a pack n play with bedding is available. IF YOU DON’T NEED A KITCHEN, the Guesthouse is set up similar to a hotel room with a microwave and fridge plus a toaster oven. All options include use of the pool and laundry.
Rates: 6 people $150 p/n, 4 people (without Guesthouse) $140 p/n, Guesthouse with 2 people $85 p/n.

Punta Gorda Airport is served by Allegiant and Sun Country airlines (12 miles), Fort Myers International Airport (49 miles) This quiet neighborhood is easy distance from a wide variety of stores, restaurants and activities. We'd be happy to provide you with more information. Charlotte County's website is a good resource. Nearby Punta Gorda offers exceptional restaurants and a 2.5 mile walk along Charlotte Harbor. You might even catch one of the colorful sunsets.

- Pool area must be free of beach gear, sand, ocean contamination (rinse suits and towels) to keep pool free from sand
- 6 person maximum on the premise. Thank you.

Payment Policy

Transactions via Square
75% at time of booking, remaining amount 30 days prior to check in

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check out by whatever means payment was made provided there is no damage, missing items or additional amount of cleaning time. If reservation is canceled, full security deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

- Partial Refund: Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night. Security deposit and cleaning fee refunded.
- No Refund: Within 7 nights of check in. Security deposit and cleaning fee refunded.
