•The main bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, air-conditioning and leads onto a patio with a view of the ocean, the green belt and the mountains.
•Separate bathroom with a bath and a shower.
•The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed.
•Private plunge pool. Length: 4m’s, Width: 2m’s and 1.4 m’s deep
•Garden with portable BBQ and two loungers

There are stairs in the townhouse. The is no pool net or pool fence. We can advise re child gate, high chair and cot rentals.

We have an emergency number and can book, tours, transfers etc

PASSPORT COPIES:
Required for all guests staying, as soon as you have booked.
LATE ARRIVALS:
There is a R300 charge for arrivals after 18:00. Cash on arrival. Or self-check-in.
Pool service once a week during office hours.
Maximum occupancy: 6 heart beats.
Additional over night guests incl babies, todlers, nannies etc will be charged at R900 per person per night.
