A newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex townhouse at no 4 Dunkeld Village in Camps Bay. The condo consists of a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob), lounge, dining room, guest toilet, private plunge pool, garden, weber BBQ, double garage, free uncapped wifi, battery back-up for power failures, situated a 1.5km drive from the beach and Camps Bay Village and a 6 minute walk (if you take a short cut). Air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom.
The no 4 Dunkeld Village townhouse in Camps Bay townhouse consists of:
Battery back-up during power outages.
•An open plan dining room table with seating for 6. The dining room leads onto the garden.
•The lounge with TV (Netflix) and air-conditioning, leading onto the garden and plunge pool.
•Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, air-fryer, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
•Guest toilet downstairs.
•3 Bedrooms upstairs.

Just a gentle reminder of our terms and conditions:
Check-in time: 14:00 - 18:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
To guarantee an early arrival or late departure we charge 50% of the daily rate and then we block off the night before or after. If you prefer to take a chance and the property is available on the day for an early arrival or late departure we will be delighted to accommodate you.
We require a refundable breakage deposit of R10 000, it will be paid a week before arrival via Airbnb.
There is a pool on the property which does not have a pool net or pool cover. If parents are travelling with children, please be aware of this and note that this is your responsibility to monitor your children.
We require ID or passport copies of all guests staying over prior to arrival. Additional tenants will be charged a pro-rate amount of the rental.
There will be an extra cleaning fee of R900 if the property is not left in a reasonable condition of tidiness.
No parties, photo shoots (films or stills) or functions are permitted. As the properties are situated in a residential complex, no noise is permitted which will inconvenience the neighbours. Airbnb will black list any guests who does not comply. If complaints from the neighbours, there will be a fine of R1500.
No smoking inside.
There will be a minimum charge from R900.00 for any keys not returned by 10am on the check-out day or guests not vacating the property at check-out time.
We require that the alarm is set during your stay.
