You will feel right at home. Our newly built, beautifully designed home is the perfect vacation spot for your next getaway. With stylish wall murals, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Get ready to kick back and relax in our fun living area, where comfy couches and a 55 in TV are waiting for you. Our kitchen is fully stocked for whipping up delicious meals, and we've even got a milkshake maker and sundae glasses- because why not treat yourself?
Where you will sleep:
Retreat to one of our thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each boasting a plush memory foam mattress, a smart TV for entertainment and a charging station for your devices. With three king rooms, one room with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, we comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated for a photo-worthy experience.
Game On:
Let the good times roll in our game room, stocked with video and table games for some friendly competition. It's the perfect spot to unwind and connect with your family and friends after a day of exploring or hanging out at the beach.
Outside:
Step outside to our backyard patio and unwind by the fire pit. Crack open a bottle of wine, and let our grill master work their magic, cooking up a delicious feast for the group. You could also take a dip with the family in our brand new Saltwater above ground pool. Please ensure you are following all rules to ensure your safety.

We have monthly pest control. They may stop by during your stay. We do not use chemicals that are harmful to children or pets. Please keep the doors and windows shut to prevent critters from finding their way inside. Thanks!
We have a $500 security deposit hold for all bookings.
Pet Rules:
-Max of 2 fur babies under 30 lbs., dogs not allowed on any furniture or in swimming pool.
-Dogs must not be left alone (if for a short period, must be crated), can not be let to roam around others property.
-$200 pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.
Cameras:
We have 4 cameras in place for your safety.

All cameras are motion activated and record audio and video when motion is detected.
We exterminate regularly to prevent little critters from coming inside the home, but on the off chance you notice any, please let us know.
POOL RULES:
- No life guard on duty swim at your own risk.
- No diving.
- No running.
-No food or glassware in pool or on pool deck.
-No rough play.
- Please pay close attention to your children. Children under the age of 14 shall not use the pool without a parent or Adult guardian in attendance.
- Only 6 people are allowed in the pool per time.
- Only 1 person on ladder at a time.
- We have the pool cleaned once a week.
- If pool needs to be cleaned again during your stay, guests will be responsible for cost.
- We provide a skimmer so guests can remove leaves.
- Pool hours 8am - 9pm.
