This property is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of an important farm with 330 ha grounds. The house, dating from the end of 1800, have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions, such as the wonderful travertino stone staircase. It can host 11 people in total. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. On request it is possible to take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked and visit the zoological centre. Clients are greeted with 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine on the house. Siena 140 km, Fiumicino airport (Rome) are 140 km away. Beautiful country house, surrounded by trees and fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 10 km from the centre of Manciano, 25 km from the centre of Saturnia, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 25 km from the sea, in the countryside. Refundable Damage Deposit

The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash.
