The living room is designed for relaxation, equipped with a propane gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights watching Netflix. Each room is fitted with smart TVs offering access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps.

Outdoor amenities include a large wrap-around deck with a gas grill and ample seating. Additionally, there is a tranquil sitting area with a fire pit under the trees, making it a perfect spot for entertaining family and friends.

All guests must be registered at the office to enter the main gate. A list with names, addresses, and phone numbers must be provided 5 days prior to check-in.
No loud or unreasonable noise after 10:30 PM.
Respect neighbors by not playing loud music.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals.
All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines (a community map will be provided for reference).

Badges for Amenities: 6 complimentary badges are included with your booking for amenity access. Children under 5 years old do not require a badge. Fireworks Prohibition: Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Trash Disposal: Trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines. Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals. Pet Policy (if explicit request granted): Dogs must be registered during booking with a pet fee. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside and are not allowed on furniture. Clean up after your dog to avoid a $200 clean-up fee.
