✔All guests (including day guests/visitors) and vehicles must be registered at least 72 hours prior to arrival or you will not be allowed in the community.
✔There is $8.50 fee per person (In season: May 24-Sept 2) or $2 (off-season) per night fee for anyone 6 years old and up for use of the community amenities and a $20 registration fee per car; and a $20 rental registration fee.. These are set by the community and must be paid whether you use the amenities or not.
✔The stated fees are in addition to your reservation fees and will be collected by your dedicated host via separate payment platform at time of registration.You will be contacted by a member of our team for this information.
✔Firewood for fire pit is included

✔Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔Absolutely no fireworks. Although you can legally buy them, it is illegal to set them off. You will be fined.
✔We do not provide watercraft but the community has rentals available.
You can go to The Rental Shack for paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes! Many outdoor games are also available.
✔Be advised that we may need to contact you via email for community registration information if necessary.
✔Pet fee required to be paid at time of booking if bringing a pet. Dogs only.
✔The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
