What a wonderful place to stay. We just had 5 nights at Deb’s little oasis and it was perfect for our family. The private pool was a real highlight for our 5 and 3 year old who spent most of there days swimming! Deb was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Deb’s apartment. It perfectly suited our family of 4 (including little ones aged 1 and 3), particularly with the private plunge pool, convenient location within the complex and proximity to the heated communal pool. We also had several other family friends staying nearby within the Peppers complex. Deb was prompt in answering questions and kind enough to accomodate an early check in. The resort is perfect for families, a short walk to a cafe, handful of restaurants and pub with playground. We will be back!

House Rules

Bedding changes after check is $50. No parties and number of guests cannot exceed 6 (including infants) unless otherwise agreed. Strictly no smoking in the room and within the resort grounds including any common areas. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment and if the doors are open. Please have the temperature set at 22 degrees or higher . This minimizes condensation and potential water damage to the floors and furniture. There are consumables to get you started they are not restocked during your stay. There is an grocery store across the road or a Coles and Woolworths (5 minute drive). Damaged or missing items, damage to the suite and additional cleaning will be charged against the bond based on the cost of the item plus a $100 admin fee. Basic tennis equipment is available in your room (please book the court at reception). Missing/ damaged rackets are $30 each and balls $15. On departure please empty the fridge/ freezer/pantry/ dishwasher and take out the garbage and wash and put away all kitchen items. Please leave all towels in the bathtub and the linen on the beds. All linen (bed linen, bath and pools towels etc) provided belongs to the apartment. Any damage or excessive cleaning required for example but not limited to food left around in the apartment, sand, liquid spills (eg. milk or wine), unclean microwave/ stovetop, damaged / missing linen, damaged furniture, smoke/cooking/ food / nappy odours, and kitchen items will also be deducted from the bond. Extra cleaning is charged at $75 an hour (minimum 1 hour). Please do not move the furniture. Any damage to the floors or walls from moving the furniture will be deducted from the bond. As this is a private apartment the apartment is not serviced during your stay only on check out. Additional servicing is $90 a clean and fresh linen. Complimentary early check in or late check is to be agreed via the Airbnb message platform and is subject to availability/ housekeeping. Unauthorised early check in our late checkout is subject to a fee of $100 per hour or part there of. If you haven't departed when housekeeping arrives we reserve the right to remove your belongings from the suite. As with all leading resorts, at times some resort facilities may be unavailable due to maintenance or cleaning, no refunds will be provided if this occurs during your stay.
