This Spanish style villa is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home within walking distance to a gorgeous beach in a gated community just 3 minutes from the center of town.

Its interiors reflect a vintage taste of high wooden ceilings set against white walls and Mediterranean accents in its spaciously generous living room. The open style kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and breakfast nook. An L-shaped sofa facing the flat screen TV adds a touch of contemporary feeling.

The bedrooms are well appointed, with 2 king size beds and one queen size in the smaller bedroom. A large garden area spreads around the property, ending in the large deck covered with colorful confetti -like tiling around the large swimming pool. Its Spanish Colonial style gives it a vintage look with brick covered columns and red clay roof shingles set against white washed faux stucco walls made of concrete.

The parking is an oversized thatch roofed garage for 2+ cars, in terrace style. A BBQ area in the patio adds convenience, and there's optional chef service, private driver and tours. An extra bed can be added if needed.
