Beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Pier", 50 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and fields. In a sunny, elevated position, 60 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 170 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
