The fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances includes marble countertops, plenty of cabinet space, a refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a purified water system and a counter-height marble island with seating for 4. The purified water system in the kitchen means bottles of water are not required as you can drink right from the tap or the refrigerator door water/ice dispenser. A coffee pot with coffee and sugar is included as well as full sets of dishes, utensils and cookware. The kitchen contains everything you need to fix any sort of meal.

The living room contains a stylish sofa, 2 swivel chairs and a coffee table which are perfect for conversation, games or watching television. A wall-mounted HD TV with US-based channels including YouTubeTV, Peacock, Prime Video, Paramount+ and more is included as well as high speed Wi-Fi. It also features a ceiling fan and separately run electrical blackout blinds and screens which can be used to provide privacy or shade from the sun.

The master bedroom is just off the living room and has a king-size bed with soft, luxurious bedding, 2 nightstands with lamps and a dresser with plenty of storage space. There is a wall-mounted HD television to enjoy US-based channels and/or Netfix before bed. From the master bedroom, you can walk onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh air and views. It also features a ceiling fan and separately run electrical blackout blinds and screens which can be used to provide privacy or shade from the sun. The master bathroom features a long counter-top with dual sinks and mirror, abundant lighting, a large shower, bath essentials (towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs) and plenty of storage. There is also a safe to protect your valuables.

The second bedroom is also off of the living room and has a unique feature in that it has 2 movable walls that allow you open the space up onto the living room. When closed-off, this large bedroom features a built-in headboard with side closets/drawers, two twin beds (which can be converted to a king-size bed with a soft mattress topper), soft luxurious bedding and a ceiling fan. The bathroom for this bedroom has a large shower, mirror, under-sink cabinet, abundant lighting and bath essentials (towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs). There is also a safe to protect your valuables.

A full-size washer and dryer along with a detergent are located in a storage closet as you enter the unit. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The long balcony with wonderful breezes overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the Pier and provides a relaxing place to sit back, unwind and enjoy the amazing views.

The rooftop of Pier57 is unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state of the art infinity pool which surrounds a sunken lounge area with fire pits. There is an amazing bar with a bartender available at select hours to serve you the beverage of your choice. You can read or decompress in the cozy roof-top library or relax in the 3 fully equipped (including flat screen TVs) covered pool cabanas. The rooftop offers stunning 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Banderas Bay, Old Town and the surrounding mountains. The rooftop includes sunning areas, 2 hot tubs, numerous palm trees and a fully equipped ocean view gym (currently being completed) as well.

The Pier 57 building is located in Old Town in Zona Romantic (The Romantic Zone), 1 block away from the beach and Pier. Zona Romantica is the place to be to truly appreciate the charm of Puerto Vallarta. The streets are stacked with restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.

On the beaches, you can partake in many activities including dining, jet skiing, parasailing, etc. Everything is within walking distance and, in the rare instances when you need to run errands (Costco, Walmart), you can take a taxi or an Uber for a fraction of the price.

The commercial areas adjacent to the lobby are still being worked on but that will not impact your ability to enjoy the condo and all of the building common areas.
