Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

We will email you Access information after payment and signed Rental Agreement are returned with copies of all guests Driver’s License. These must be returned within 72 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled.

Unit will be ready by 3pm on check-in date unless otherwise agreed upon. If you do plan on arriving early, please check with us a day in advance to see if we can accommodate early check in.

No pets

Emotionally Support Pets are not allowed.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Valid ID’s for all Guests 18 and over.

Only registered guests and registered vehicles allowed on property.

Maximum occupancy: 4

House Rules

If there are more than (4) overnight guests, you will be charged $500 over the limit Fee or be asked to leave. No exceptions. This is non negotiable.

Payment Policy

We accept Credit Card, PayPal or Venmo.

Fully refundable up to $500 Damage Deposit will be requested a few days prior to your arrival for FIRST TIME GUESTS. Please contact host. Damage Deposit will be paid by Venmo or PayPal only.

Your security/damage deposit up to $500 will be refunded within 3 days as long as there is no damage or excessive cleaning necessary. If there is damage, cost to repair/clean will be deducted and balance, if any, returned to you.

Cancellation Policy

Requires a 7 day cancellation before arrival date for a full refund. If you have a question or extenuating circumstances, please contact host.
