Welcome to this truly unique property situated on one of the largest lots in all of PIum Island making it the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining! Enjoy the seclusion of this spectacular, scenic lot while being conveniently located just a short half block walk from the Sunset Club, Plum Island Grill, Beachcomba and The Cottage Creamery and also just a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Plum Island Beach!
Please note the gas fireplace is only available for use between October 15th and April 15th.

We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know if you will be bringing any pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge $25/night per pet. The pet fee will be invoiced shortly after the booking. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times.

Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules.

With 2 decks overlooking the sweeping protected sand dunes and marsh, you can peacefully watch the infamous Plum Island sunsets and sunrises from the comfort of your home.

This 1,100 sq ft newly renovated 2nd floor apartment boasts a new kitchen w. granite counters, stainless appliances and tile floor. With 3 bedrooms and 1 bath you can conveniently sleep 5 guests. Furthermore, there is parking available for 4 cars for those busy weekends and hosting large groups. Outdoor fire pit great for chilly nights.

A small dedicated workspace equipped with computer monitor, keyboard, mouse & universal adapter for your laptop makes this a great work from home staycation option!

Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. Basic local channels available though antenna and Roku Apps. There is no cable television at the apartment. Complimentary premium streaming provided through the Peacock TV app on the Roku television. You are also welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts.

This vacation rental is located on the second floor -- its one of two units on property.

The welcoming owners live next door and are available for any questions throughout your stay.

For larger groups, please inquire about renting both the first and second floor apartment

• We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing any pet(s). The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge a $25/night per pet, pet fee which will be invoiced shortly after the booking. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times. • Check-in is at 3:00pm. If the apartment is ready early I will let you know ASAP the day of check-in. Check-out is at 10am. Late check-out will not be allowed due to our scheduled cleaners. • No house parties • No smoking or vaping inside the house • You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. • Quiet hours are 9:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them. • Please be considerate of the apartment and furniture. • If you damage the furniture or lose/damage the common beach chairs, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage and/or replacing any damaged property. The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a Smart Roku television which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling etc.) as well as local news stations through the “NewsOn” app as well as select live channels through the “Peacock” app. There is no cable at the apartment. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
