Welcome to this truly unique property situated on one of the largest lots in all of PI making it the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining! Enjoy the seclusion of this spectacular, scenic lot while being conveniently located a half block walk to Sunset Club, The Plum Island Grill, The Beachcoma and The Cottage Creamery and only a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Plum Island Beach.
Please note this is a ground level unit within a 2 unit apartment. During your stay you may hear footsteps from the apartment above. If you have sensitivities to footsteps, it is not recommended that you rent this apartment.

We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know if you will be bringing any pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge $25/night per pet. The pet fee will be invoiced shortly after the booking. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times.

Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules.

This 1,100 sq ft newly renovated 1st floor apartment boasts a brand new kitchen w. quartz counters, stainless appliances and tile floor. With 3 bedrooms and 1 bath you can conveniently sleep 6 guests. Furthermore, there is complimentary parking spots available for 2 cars.

The welcoming owners live next door and are available for any questions throughout your stay.

For larger groups, please inquire about renting both the first and second floor apartments.

Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. Basic local channels available though antenna. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts.
