Relax and Enjoy a nice peaceful KunTree retreat near the Foothills Parkway in Pigeon Forge with the most beautiful views of the Smoky's! Our large home is the perfect place to unwind after an exciting adventure in the area! Start the day off by enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck before hitting all of the area attractions and then grill out for dinner before relaxing in our hot tub or in our sauna before cuddling in front of the fireplace! The Smoky's are calling your name!!
Our large 2,350 square foot home features three bedrooms with a total of four beds located upstairs. It also includes a kitchen, dining area, living room w/ fireplace, office, walk in closet, and two bathrooms. Downstairs you will have access to a home theater area, bathroom, and a game room that includes a basketball shooting game, Ms Pac-Man system, and arcade that includes 100 games, and a pinball machine. There are also three queen sized blow up mattresses included with your stay for extra sleeping arrangements. We provide HIGH SPEED Wifi and a Washer/Dryer plus 4 Smart TV's so that you can stream your favorite movies and shows. Outside on the balcony there is a hot tub that will seat four people, chairs for sitting, and a Sauna that should seat four people as well. On the porch there’s a gas grill, rocking chairs for sitting, and a handicap ramp to access the house.

House includes 3 acres of land that features a fire pit and is surrounded by trees so that it is fairly secluded.

Perfect place and location for our Smoky Mtn vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck every night along with the theater room downstairs! Got to see a mama bear and her 5 cubs one morning! Would stay again when visiting TN!

The cabin was beautiful and just as shown in the pictures and as described. We arrived in the evening with our 3 boys and were able to get right in. The home was clean and met all our standards and needs. Very homey! We were able to see a mama bear and 2 cubs right off the back patio! Sauna, hot tub, and game room were a great touch and a hit for nights and down time! We used the pool up the road twice, which was great with the hot temps. Overall, loved the cabin and would stay again/ recommend to anyone!

We loved Diana’s place! It was comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. We spent every morning on the deck drinking our coffee and planning our day and every evening in the hot tub relaxing 😉

We loved the house. Our only suggestion is to have a step stool at the hot tub. We used a cooler as one to get in and out. The neighbor in the valley below the house likes his music played loudly, which didn't bother us but some may be put off by it. We enjoyed the game room and theater. Usually we go to Cades Cove to hopefully see some bears but not this trip because we had 5 come through the yard which was the highlight of the stay. We've been coming to the area for the last 4 years and this was our favorite house. Would definitely stay here again

Nice place to stay for a larger group, lots to do in the house and easy access to the main road to get to local places. House is a little out of the way set on a larger plot than the surrounding houses, so it feels rather private and not like you're bothering the neighbors by being outside. Driveway is extremely steep, but if you have 3-4in of ground clearance you can make it work.

Overall great location and amenities. Plenty of room for a large family. The house and grounds were well maintained. Had plenty of dishes and utensils readily available. The grill does need to be replaced. Was expecting more of a flat drive but made it work. Plenty of room to park the vehicles and trailers. First night was ok as the temperature was cool but the air conditioner was not working. Diana did try to get someone to check on it and offered to move us but we decided to stay vs moving for one night.

Everything with the stay went great. Fairly close to downtown and easily accessible. It is a dry town. I would recommend suggesting places in the area to stock up on alcohol if that’s someone’s thing.

This house was beautiful! I very much appreciated the kids potty seats on the toilets and the fence at the stairs, as a mom with little kids that was so awesome so have. We felt right at home here. Not far from the parkway for food and shopping. I did want to say that the driveway has a step hill down to the house and the parking area is also a steep hill. My kids did fall on the hill a couple times and scrap their knees but that’s not the homeowner’s fault, I just wanted to let people know in case you have kids or elderly people. The kids LOVED the playroom and theater. Over all a great stay and we will definitely be back. Diana was very nice and responsive to questions or concerns. Thanks for having us.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Diana's place! There was plenty of room for everyone, and we all felt at home. The kitchen had every thing we needed to cook, and Diana also shared great restaurant recommendations. The bathrooms had everything we needed, and she provided soap and towels just in case we didn't have any. We needed an extra bed, so the air mattress came in handy. We also had a good time playing games in the game room!

This cabin exceeded all of my expectations! Diana makes check-in super easy and was very friendly in her quick repsonses to our messages. I especially enjoyed the peaceful environment and how private the cabin felt. The whole experience matched the description exactly. The spacious cabin left my 11 person party plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The sauna and hot tub worked perfectly and were as clean and spotless as the rest of the property. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to lounge and enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains.

This was a great Christmas mountain getaway. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and so clean! We enjoyed the theatre room and games downstairs, as well as the spacious upstairs. Would love to stay there again!

Our very first Air B&B experience at Diana’s place was wonderful. The location is private and peaceful, the house is well laid out, super clean and Diana even had cute fall decorations to make it festive. We appreciated being able to bring our pup, and we spent every morning sitting and rocking with our coffee while watching all the colors of fall. My only regret is we didn’t get to see the baby bears we heard were around, but that’s probably for the best. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay again someday.

-Check-in any time after 4 pm and the door code is 5066. Also, when you leave, you can press the lock icon to lock the door.

***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

Notes

We love furry animals and have some ourselves but we charge a Pet Fee of $100, 2 dog maximum . We ask that you keep your dogs off of the furniture but we know how hard that can be sometimes. We have added covers on some of the furniture in the living room. We ask that you bring your own blanket or pet cover if they shed and lay on our beddings. Not everyone that rents the cabin will enjoy finding dog hairs that the cleaners might miss on our bedspreads. We also ask that no dogs be allowed to go down the steps into the basement. It is all carpeted and accidents happen so we don’t want it to happen on our carpet. There is a large dog cage outside on the front porch. We ask that you cage your animal if you are planning to leave for any long periods of time. If you need to bring it inside that is fine. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
