We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. However, we must address the review left by Destiny.
Our apartment was thoroughly cleaned before her arrival, and Airbnb support twice refused her refund requests due to lack of evidence. Unfortunately, Destiny retaliated with false claims in her review.
We have smoke and noise monitors due to our strict no smoking and no parties policy, and there was no cigarette nor marijuana smoke detected before her arrival. Our security cameras outside also confirmed that Destiny was not locked out at any point, contrary to her claims.
It's disheartening that some guests attempt to exploit the system by fabricating issues to stay for free. We have provided proof to Airbnb, which is why her refund requests were declined.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Alina was great when I reached out about the apt, friendly, everything you would want in a host. Even before I arrived, friendly.
She had sent me 2 different set of instructions. Completely different instructions. I didn’t realize there was a difference. Ended up getting locked into amazon room from instructions and eventually she answered 15 min later.
I get into apt and it smells like marijuana. The window is cracked. Eventually I noticed hair in the bed and dandruff and stuff all over the floor counters and refrigerator. The whole place was filthy. I contacted her and she ignored me for 2.5 days straight. Could not talk. I wanted a refund for the $1200 I spent due to lack of uncleanliness and lack of responsiveness.
Finally was able to talk to her 3 days in and she said, her words, “if you need to put on some gloves & sanitizer, you should do that”. She said her cleaner took pics and it was clean. I never received money. Terrible. RUN!EXTREMELYRUDE

Alina's place is truly exceptional! This modern, beautifully designed apartment boasts stunning views, impeccable cleanliness, and a thoughtful host who goes above and beyond. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The well-equipped kitchen features a range of amenities, and the added conveniences of a washer, dryer, and parking below the apartment make it a true gem. Alina's responsiveness and accommodating nature only add to the experience. Alina’s place was a sight to behold. Great views with natural scenery overlooking the Portland bridge.
Frankly, the pictures don’t do it justice! An eye for detail from the hosts, resulting in a craftily curated space! Secure building with lots of amenities nearby, centrally located.
Alina was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely visit here again next time in Portland.

we had a rocky start but to Alina's credit she was very quick to respond. Cleaners had not cleaned before we arrived at 530 pm. we went to dinner and when we returned the cleaning crew had accidentally locked the bathroom door. Alina did drive over with paperclip to be able to pop the lock. Finally at about 9 pm we were able to settle in. The other glitch was parking. the pass either was not working or we did not actually have the correct card to open the gate. Fortunately the parking attendant waived all fees. It did feel as if Alina was new to all this and was still figuring things out. It would have been nice if instructions to the place including wifi and password were somewhere on premises rather than having to ask. But after the rocky start the place was great. I had to work while there so the desk with amazing views was great. The place was within walking distance of everything downtown. I would recommend this place, after all Alina was very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Alina's apartment - two adults and two teens.
The layout worked perfectly - and the design, cleanliness and fun/wow factor (view of Mt Hood !!) were all present!
Alina made us feel so welcome - the teens loved the little PDX welcome basket and snacks. And she was incredibly friendly and communicative.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of downtown shopping but also the waterfront and even OMSI.
It was a superb stay - thanks for the warm and perfect welcome Alina!

Stayed here with my colleague on a work trip and we both enjoyed our stay. It’s a simple, clean, downtown apartment. Was exactly what was expected. Alina was very responsive. I would stay there again if I needed to be downtown Portland.

Amazing views of downtown, Willamette River and Mt. Hood! Nice soundproof King bedroom - restful nights of sleep. Incredible floor to ceiling windows and great workspace with view.

Very nice place with comfortable beds! Has two rooms with beds plus the pull-out couch-3 separate sleeping areas. Nice gym to work out in too. Close to Portland State. Host is friendly and gives quick responses.
