Welcome to our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach getaway perfectly located one street back from the beautiful Salisbury beach and just two blocks away from the Salisbury Center, arcades, beach pizza, restaurants, bars & attractions.
With high speed internet, this beachfront condo is perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative or beach getaway with family and friends.
We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know if you will be bringing any pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge $25/night per pet. The pet fee will be invoiced shortly after the booking. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times.
Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules.
This 1st floor 650 sqft apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen size bed and a “twin over twin” bunk bed and up to 6 including the full sized pullout sofa. This open concept apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, gas stove and offers a wall AC unit, one complimentary parking spot, shared gas grill & a hot/cold outdoor shower.
This condo is a short car ride to Hampton Beach, a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. Also locally are the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a Smart Roku television which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling etc.) as well as local news stations through the “NewsOn” app as well as select live channels through the “Peacock” app. There is no cable at the apartment.

There is only 1 off-street parking spot. If you need additional parking there is typically street parking available in front of the house on Railroad Ave. In the rare event there is no parking spots on Railroad Ave you can also park along North End Blvd (about a 10 min walk) or there are paid parking options at the municipal lot at the Salisbury Center.
We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
For larger groups, please inquire about renting both first and second floor apartment. Sleeps up to 12 between the two.
