This location is ideal for tourist as well as for business travellers. It beats most location because it is close to the airport (15-20 minutes) and the sea. You have a terrasse with full seaview. (the complex has no pool at the moment) Please read my details report about this location. I known for happy guests leaving Cyprus with a smile. I want you to know what you can expect. You need a car for this location.

Amazing host! Amazing place! Christoph helped us a lot with everything directly after booking, till the time we left. He provided us with a very useful recommendation list full of activities, markets, locations, instructions, facilities, restaurants, beaches, and many other things that we can do.. not only in Tersefanou or Larnaca.. but in the entire country! with geolocation and public links. The apartment was clean. 8 minutes near the airport. 2 minutes from the mini-market having all the basic goods that we want, and it stays open till 12 midnight. WiFi was useful in the apartment. Private parking and enough space outside ready to park more cars as well. Green spaces next to the apartment. Nice terrace and balcony. There is no elevator, but it was very easy to reach the place. It's just 2 floors in total. And finally, thank you Christoph for the baby bath and the souvenir as well✨️🙏😀

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage, alle Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super schnell zu erreichen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind auch super. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und vor dem Haus gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Christophs Ferienwohnung und können diese bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

What a superb stay! the view of the sea and the sunset was amazing. A really great place for a couple who wish to spend their time in a quiet environment with a beautiful balcony to relax. It was clean and tidy and comfortable. Christoph and his partner treated us with upmost care and gave us a lot of information about the local community and culture. Nothing was ever enough for them, thank you for an amazing visit to Cyprus and I’ll recommend anybody to visit this beautiful apartment. 😊

Bei Fragen hat Christoph kompetent beraten und wir kommen wieder, aber nicht mehr im August, da war es sehr heiss. Die Klimaanlage in dem Apartment war gewartet und lief problemlos. Super Aufenthalt.

Studio sympa à 20 min de route de Larnaca (centre-ville et aéroport), proche de l'autoroute pour Lemesos et Lefkosia, et à 10 min en voiture des commerces. Environnement paisible, recommandé pour un couple avec une voiture à disposition. Equipement du studio correct et complet (cuisinière au gaz, lit king size, petite salle de douche, grande terrasse avec vue). Christoph est très proactif et donne toutes les recommandations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour (bonnes adresses, ...). Merci pour le vin blanc qui nous attendait au frigo à notre arrivée :) 10/10 pour l'accueil et la communication ! À noter, la présence de quelques fourmis çà et là, attention à bien stocker la nourriture dans le frigo et dans les placards, mais il n'y a pas d'invasion. L'immeuble et le studio sont vieillots et dans leurs jus, mais l'ensemble reste propre et dispose du confort minimal. Recommandé comme point de chute paisible mais accessible,pour visiter Larnaca, Aya Napa, Lemesos, Troodos et Lefkosia.

Response:Very sad! Guest did not gave chance to improve to make it 5 stars. Asked several times and got response: “All great” regarding the termites this is something very common here. If the guest would have told us we could jave terminated this problem right away. See other reviews if guests who confirm our action on this. As she did not tell us we could not eliminate this problem.

Przyjechaliśmy do apartamentu o dwie godziny wcześniej niż zapowiadaliśmy - mimo to nie było żadnego problemu abyśmy mogli zostawić swoje rzeczy i wrócić później. Zostaliśmy mile zaskoczeni cypryjskim winem czekającym na nas w apartamencie! Gospodarz (Christoph) jeszcze przed naszym przyjazdem polecił nam aplikację nawigacyjną, pobliskie atrakcje, restauracje oraz punkt poboru wody. Pokój był bez zastrzeżeń, taki jak ukazano go na zdjęciach a dodatkowo - dobrze wyposażony (żelazko,suszarka,pralka, garnki,patelnie,toster itp). Z odnalezieniem miejsca pobytu nie mieliśmy żadnego problemu, a dodatkowo gospodarz dał nam wskazówki jak do niego dotrzeć. W pobliżu znajduję się plaża, lokalny sklep spożywczy,punkt ujęcia wody i jest to świetnie położne miejsce startu każdej wycieczki. Nasz pobyt na Cyprze był świetny,co w dużej mierze zawdzięczamy również wspaniałemu gospodarzowi, który zaprosił nas do siebie na kolację. Widać, że Christoph wkłada dużo serca w to co robi. Dziękujemy!

Christoph ist ein sehr guter Host, der vorab uns schon viele Infos zukommen lassen hat und wenn trotzdem Fragen waren antwortet er sehr schnell. Es gab dadurch ganz viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Herrlich ist der Ausblick von der sehr großen Terrasse zum Meer. Eine ruhige Lage manchmal bellen die Hunde und es riecht ein wenig nach Dorf. Wer fernab vom Stress Urlaub machen möchte hat hier eine gute Adresse. Im Ort gibt es 2 Gaststätten, die man auf jedenfall mal besucht haben sollte. Es gibt ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und einen Obst- und Gemüseladen, die beide auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung benötigst du ein Mietauto oder du nimmst den Bus um von A nach B zu gelangen.

Place wasn’t easy to find and it actually looked abandoned. The elevator doesn’t work and the staircases were filthy. It really looked abandoned, hence it took me a while to actually find the apartment. The lock was stuck and took a few attempts to open. Kitchen mugs were dirty, had leftover coffee stains which i washed and then the stains were gone. Left over beer bottle on the veranda, bed sheets had visible stains on them. The bed was iron and made alot of squeaky noises, abit of oil and this would be sorted btw. The bed underneath had spider webs and there was a mosquito stain on the wall with a shoe mark. definitely not worth the price. It was peaceful though as a location. But question is, would i stay there again? no, it definitely needs maintenance. And also last thing, host sent me more than 30 emails about random events, take out the trash etc etc. It got abit too much. I have photos to back up all the details above.

Logement très fonctionnel avec une grande terasse avec vue dégagée et paisible. Bien équipée pour faire de la petite cuisine. Literie de qualité. Bien situé pour visiter l'île. Christophe est très réactif, arrangeant et de bon conseil.

This amount will be blocked on your creditcard, debitcard or have to be provided in cash. (UPDATE: If you book with AVIS, they ONLY accept embossed cards!!! No debitcards, no creditcards with a printed name on or cash) If you have any doubt about this problem, please contac tthe rental company before you come to Cyprus. Be also aware of this details when you plan you cash flow. If you can not afford this please contact me for alternative.
