This is my Project, from start to finish. 3 Bedroom Penthouse. Sliding roof. AC, Hot tub. Part time security guard. 3 in room Safes. Wifi. Shared washer and dryer. All queen Beds. Approx 95 sqmt. In Poblado 15 minute walk to lleras. 3 blocks from Exito Poblado...4 and half to the Metro....Cleaning is not included can be done for a fee.....You Have foam beds here imported. You have a dish washer....The apartment is self catering meaning go buy supplies at the supermarket....You can have guests they Need ID and they cant bother the other guests. There is no smoking in the apartment....There is a smoking area downstairs. We have a few rules here....close the roof before bed and in case of rain or you go out.....Dont touch the controls to the hot tub....turn off the projector when not using. Guests need ID....other then that we let you Be....

the payment credit card will be photo'd covering all but name type and last 4 digits.
You must close the roof before bed or you go out or it rains...If not you will flood the apartment and your security will be gone.
Projector when using must be turned off or it will burn out.
All guests need to come with ID.
