Suite is attached to our main house, with its own private entrance. Its the perfect place to unwind after exploring Austin & the Hill Country. Soak in the oversized tub, enjoy a cup of tea on the bench swing while the deer come out to graze, then settle in for the night on a comfy king bed. Theres a queen size pull out couch if you are a party of 3 or 4. Studio contains a hotel-style kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, Britta water filter, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and hot plate. We provide towels, linens, tp, paper towels, coffee pods, and a bar of soap.

I will send you the door code the day of your arrival. Please make sure you provide good contact information so that you receive that information. You can enter the studio anytime after 4pm. You do not need to go through any formal check-in process, but please reach out if you need something!

All guests must be disclosed. If you bring extra undisclosed guests, we will ask them to leave.

House Rules

Violation of any of the following rules will result in your immediate removal from the property with no refund.

1. Loud or aggressive behavior
2. Public intoxication
3. Use of illegal substances on the premises
4. Smoking inside. Please smoke outside and properly dispose of your butts.
5. Downloading any copyrighted or illicit material on our wifi
6. No more than 4 people are allowed to spend the night on premises
7. You, as the booking individual, are responsible for your guests’ behavior and any damages they incur.
8. No undisclosed pets allowed on the property
9. No parties. Quiet times are between 9pm-9am on weekdays and 11pm-10am on weekends.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with 30 days notice, I will give you a 100% refund. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
