The Peaceful Room is located on the second floor has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has great privacy, from the windows you can see trees, bamboo, and nature. Includes a large walking closet and fresh turquoise color with nice hardwood floors.Bathroom is shared when we have guests.
Half price for each additional guest.
Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
1 free parking space included.
Additional fee for laundry ($10 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.).
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Full kitchen included except stove and oven.

Other Things To Note:
At Check-In, we would like to see Photo ID, Driver’s License and/or Passport.

Self Check-In is available in the event that myself, Eva, and my Co-Hosts, Christopher and Matthew, cannot receive guests.

Staying at Eva's place was the best choice I've made for my extended work stay in White Plains. I found Eva to be a very kind and hardworking host. She works everyday to maintain the house clean she often checked with me to make sure I was comfortable in my room. Overall the house has a very welcoming environment, so I would often stop to chat with others. During my stay I had the chance to experience a homemade barbecue (Eva's courtesy) as well as a cheese and wine night. In addition, there is a beautiful garden around the house, so often times after coming home from work I would just walk around and relax in the outdoor area. If you are looking for a place to stay while working in White Plains for a long time, this will be an excellent choice. At night the house is very quiet so I had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. Furthermore, it is conveniently located close to a train station, close to downtown, and right across the street from a beautiful hiking trail.

Response:Hi Chris, I think you are absent because you did not get your full refund from Airbnb. When Airbnb contacted me I respond that, i am willing to refund you all, except for the Saturday night that you did not stay. Airbnb said that there is no prove the all the things you complained about is true, so I left to Airbnb to take the decision. I think it will help you for next time, if you have a better communication with the host. Also, I feel that you are discriminating the 2 college Students you saw. They happen to be very nice people with high Standards.

My name is Eva.

I am originally from Perú and have been hosting guests since 2011.

I work with my sons (Co-Hosts), Christopher and Matthew, to provide the finest hospitality for all guests.

We currently have three locations available with only a 1/2 an hour train ride to NYC.

➢ No parties or large gatherings are permitted inside or outside the house

QUIET TIME
➢ Please be respectful to other guests in the house and our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 11pm

ENJOY YOURSELF!
➢ We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for leaving the place as you found it

OTHER HOUSE RULES:

➢ Please remove your shoes upon entry and while you are in the house

➢ Please do not walk in a towel or undergarment around the house

➢ All grooming, make-up, manicures, etc. need to be done in your room or the bathroom only

➢ Please remove personal body hair from the bathtub or shower after each use

➢ The bathtub, shower, sink, etc. need to be kept clean after each use

➢ Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Anything else will clog and damage the plumbing

➢ Lights, heat, and air conditioners need to be turned off when not in use

➢ Windows need to be kept closed when air conditioners or heat are in use

➢ Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please, eat and drink in the kitchen or dining area only

➢ Full kitchen is included, except stove and oven

➢ Light cooking only is permitted (Please no heavy cooking)

➢ Please do not leave dishes in the sink. Wash, dry, and put them away immediately

➢ Do not bring strangers into the house. If you want to invite a friend, please check with us first
