With three king bedrooms, a twin room, and a pull-out sofa, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

Enjoy most of the living space on one level with step-free access to the main areas, while the lower level features an additional family room, bedroom, and bathroom — a perfect private retreat.

The dining area provides ample space for shared meals and gatherings, perfect for enjoying family-style dinners. Additionally, the family-ready kitchen features a cozy 3-person high-top table for quick bites or casual meals. After dinner, unwind in one of the four inviting outdoor spaces or cozy up in the family room for games, movies, or a fun karaoke session with our karaoke machine.

FOR GUESTS WITH CHILDREN
While we welcome families, the property is not child-proof. Please supervise little ones at all times.

Access Note: Please be aware that there are stairs leading to the main entrance of the home. However, only one guest needs to use the stairs to access the property initially. After that, all other guests can enter the home through the garage, which is stair-free.

You'll want a car to get around. Please NOTE: You will need snow/tire chains for snow or icy conditions. This home is on county roads and can be very slippery in ice and snow.

There is a maximum of four cars at this home and is strictly adhered to.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

- GUEST LIMIT: Our home accommodates a maximum of 10 people, including overnight guests and visitors. To maintain a peaceful environment, no visitors are allowed other than those approved as registered guests. Please ensure all visitors are registered in advance.

- GATHERINGS: Before booking, please inquire with us about any planned gatherings. We’re happy to accommodate small, pre-approved gatherings for an additional fee, ending by 9/10 PM. Gatherings we consider: family/friend meals, holiday meals, etc.

- EVENT ENHANCEMENTS: We love helping make your events extra special! Enjoy complimentary use of our backdrop stand, karaoke machine, and decorative touches to make your celebration even more memorable.

- BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: As required by statute, the primary guest must be 25+, complete the Short-Term Rental Agreement (STRA), provide their name, address, email, and a $499 refundable deposit. The primary guest will also submit the names and ages of all other invitees.

- PET POLICY: We welcome one dog per stay (sorry, no cats) for a $125 non-refundable fee. Please notify us in advance if you're bringing a pet or service animal, and we’ll be ready to accommodate them.

- VEHICLE REGISTRATION: Ample parking is available, and vehicle registration is required for all vehicles.

FEES FOR VIOLATIONS

- Late Check-Out: If the check-out time is exceeded, the fee will be double the daily rate.

- Unreported Pets: $300 per pet/day (please let us know about your pets in advance).

- Unregistered Guests or Visitors: $350 per guest/day + reservation termination. We want to maintain an intimate experience, so be sure to register all visitors ahead of time.

- Smoking: Smoking may be done in the designated smoking area only-not in or near the home or in the garage. No smoking on patios or decks. All doors and windows must remain closed including the garage. There is a $500 fee for any smoke smells in the home or garage.

- Camera Tampering: $300 per incident. Our security equipment is not regularly monitored.

- Gathering Policy Violation: $500 per incident. We’re all about creating good vibes, and following the gathering guidelines helps maintain that atmosphere.
