IMPORTANT: Use back entrance to enter and exit the property as entry is key pad only (no keys) . Do NOT lock back door manual Handle lock or you will be locked out.
If in the event that you are locked out due to locking the handle, contact host asap.
**There will be a $50 charge for lost key in the event the lock box key is lost or not returned to lock box**

***Absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes marijuana ,or vaping). A fee of $250 will be charged if you or your guest smoke inside the house.

*** No pets- a fee of $200 will be charged

***No parties or events

***Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM unless otherwise arranged and/or approved by owner.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of the nightly rate, guest must cancel 30 full days before check in date. After 30 days, guest may cancel for a refund of 50% of the nightly rate. If guests arrive and decide to leave early (before scheduled check out date) 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs is refunded.
