Inside, you're welcomed by a bright and airy open living area, decorated with shiplap walls and plenty of natural light. The open concept is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and an oversized island w/ Quartz countertops perfect for gathering.

Make your way to the backyard oasis featuring a heated salt pool, sun loungers, a fire pit, and games for the family like Giant Jenga and Giant 4 in a Row.

After a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach, retire to any of the three spacious, covered porches all with comfortable furniture and take in the sea breeze.
For last-minute beach items, Alvin's Island is on Sands Street between SunHaven and the beach.

SunHaven is located just a 2-minute stroll to white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Panama City Beach West. Take a morning stroll on the beach to Thomas' Donuts or explore the countless dining and shopping options nearby.
Carousel Supermarket and Pier Park are close by. If you're flying in, ECP airport is just a short drive away.

Only 5 star rating because I cannot give more! The place is wonderful, pristine, spotless and overdelivers expectations. Beach is a convenient easy walk of someone is craving for beach time although chilling by the pool at the house is also super relaxing and fun. Cheri is an amazing host, super attentive yet not disturbing the guests at all. The place is recommended to everyone except at the time when we will come back because we surely will!!

Couldn’t have been happier! Place was immaculate and just a really short walk to the beach. We had 8 guests and had plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the larger bunk beds. Saltwater pool kept the kids busy. Nice kitchen allowed us to make more meals at home with lots of space. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Thank you Cheri!

My newlywed husband and I stayed here with his family from Poland for our honeymoon. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our host Cheri was so great and working with us with our tight schedule. We had a wonderful break at Cheri’s home! The home is beautifully decorated and super clean so that set our vacation off perfectly. We ordered groceries from Instacart on the drive down so they delivered right after we arrived. You can Instacart in alcohol and wine too! A couple bonuses we enjoyed: back yard is nicely lit in the evenings and the colored pool light was perfect for nightly swims in the heated pool! Also loved the griddle flat top on the range, nice touch and it was perfect for quesadillas and turkey melts. The suitcase stands in each room we’re also very handy. Our family of 5 had a blast! The heated pool is a must during spring break time. My kids daily schedule was wake up, pool, eat, 7 minutes casual walk to the beach - ocean play, eat, back to house, pool, dinner, beach for sunset, pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House Rules

Minimum age to rent the property by the primary guest that will be in attendance for the complete duration of the stay is 28 years old with a ratio of 1 person 28 years of age to every 3 guests. All Guests must be disclosed on the Rental agreement. Additional guest that arrive at and stay at the property that are not disclosed could be subject to eviction and forfeiture of payment for the stay. Or subject to an extra guest fee of 100.00 Per night per additional guest. No parties or events without prior disclosure and acceptance by host No pets or animals in or on property No smoking on or around property The guest agrees to abide by all rules regarding pool, pool safety, bbq grilling and fire pit safety as outlined in the rental agreement.
