This stylish one bedroom 3rd floor condo (with elevator) is located in the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a partial ocean view and also looks over the State Park and lighthouse and is just a couple of minutes walk to the sand! It is located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as huge jetted tub, granite counters and an elevator. The pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year.✓Super comfortable king bed plus a sofa bed in the living room.
✓ Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, microwave, full size fridge with ice and water, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, glass ware, picnic ware.

Westport is a great place to ride your bike to get around! The condo is also within walking distance of the lighthouse and a couple of restaurants. Most people drive to Westport, however there is also a bus stop close to the condos.

*No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo, on the balcony or within 25 feet of the building, per HOA rules.
*Please only use designated paths for beach access. Do not disturb the fragile dunes.
*We welcome your well-behaved dogs. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep barking to a minimum. We do not accommodate cats or any other animals except dogs.
*Please follow all HOA rules which can be found in the information binder in the condo.
*Please put your garbage in the dumpster across the driveway before you leave
*Please set the dishwasher going before you depart.
*Our housekeeper requests that you do NOT strip the beds, but if you'd like to help by putting on a load of towels before you leave that would be great!
*If you use extras such as beach towels, please wash them during your stay as our housekeeper has limited time to wait for laundry (please shake sand off outside).
*Please use the old towels in the hall closet for your dogs
