Live peacefully 25min from Manhattan: Our ground floor is where my parents stay when they visit from Germany - they are almost 80 and dont like noise. That is why we got triple pane windows... The step-free garden access makes this a perfect place for those who need a quiet retreat while being close to all that Manhattan and Brooklyn have to offer. Prospect Park is only a few blocks away! Also: Full kitchen, Miele washer/dryer and programmable Mitsubishi heating and cooling.

You will have the entire ground floor apartment to yourself. There is a separate entrance.
The garden is shared, but it is understood that you will have priority as we would not hang out right in front of your window.
We have a terrace on the 2nd floor that we would use primarily (same reason, directly in front of our kitchen on 2nd floor).

We have video cameras facing the front and back yards, none facing any inside areas, and no cameras anywhere inside. These are accessible via app and stored locally, not public (obviously). If you have legitimate concerns, let us know in advance, we can turn them off for the duration of your stay. We have a piano on the floor above the apartment and our 2 kids (11 and 8) practice on it. This would not be before 9am (later if you plan to sleep in) or after 9pm). One does hear steps from above, but the kids are away at school from 7:30 - 3:30 and they are generally quiet. Parking is free in our street, however it is hard to find - one can end up looking for a while. Happy to advise!
