Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

Please return the keys/access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys/cards will be charged at a rate of AED500.00 per card or key.

Building Facilities: The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification. Pool capacity is limited during busy times and pool can be used by 4 adult guests (plus additional children) at the same time from the apartment.
