Great place to stay with the family! A lot of things to do near by. All questions were replied super fast. Definitely recommend it! Everything is like in the pictures!!

We had a great stay! The location peaceful and was tucked away from the crowded tourist area yet close. It was very clean and just like the pictures. The hosts were amazing! Very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We plan to return in the future.

This place was everything it claimed to be and more! It was perfect for our 3rd trip to Jeep Invasion. We even enjoyed the fire pit one night and enjoyed the game selection as well! The communication was top notch and so genuine! We appreciate you sharing your cabin with us! We will definitely return!

Our stay at Paradise at the Smokie Mountains was quite lovely. The cabin was as described. The kitchen was well stocked so that we could cook the meals we had planned out ahead of time. We enjoyed spending our evenings around the fire pit and drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. We did have small children with us and they enjoy almost everything about the cabin as well. The only downside was the rooster who lives next door and started his job at 4:00 am. Unfortunately, it did cause the children to wake up very early. However, this is completely out of the host hands and not a knock against them, it's just authentic country. Other than that, it was a great stay!

“Very Comfortable and Clean Cabin in a Great Location”

Located just minutes from the action and attractions of Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. Very comfortable, organized, and extremely clean cabin. We would definitely stay at this cabin again.

We loved our one night stay at the cabin! Even better than the description. Great outdoor space to hang out when the weather is nice. Good sized bedrooms for a larger group. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful during the stay! Definitely be sure to follow the directions about the driveway. Easy signs to follow once you get close to the house. We did hear the rooster at the neighbors house, but bring a noise machine and you’ll be fine! Definitely recommend this spot. Would stay here again!

Good: Cabin was very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of nice outdoor seating areas. Host was very friendly and communicated very well. Everything we needed was there. Bad: This is out of the host's control, but unfortunately, at the cabin next door, the rooster(s) are a pretty irritating nuisance. It/they would begin to crow usually between 4-5 AM and continue to crow all day until around 7-8 PM. This is obviously not ideal when on vacation and hoping to sleep in a bit or when you want to sit outside. Again, this is not the host's fault, but still had a big impact on our stay.

Response:Thank you for staying at our cabin and the compliments to our hard work and dedication. Yes, our neighbors have chickens (which have never being a problem for any of our guests or us until now) we are in a mountain with wild and not so wild animals, and we love it! We are sure that if you would have closed the windows before going to sleep (which you admitted that you had open) the crowing of the roosters wouldn't have bothered as much. Giving us 4 stars for something like this (as you said out of our control) is not fair. Again, thank you for choosing us.

The cabin has a smart lock. The code will be provided on the day of arrival between 3:00PM-3:45 PM

Check Out: 11AM

No pets

No pets will be allowed under any circumstances, if a pet its at the property at any time during your reservation you will be charge $250 from your deposit.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Maximum occupancy: 8

If cabin its occupied for more than 8 people (including adults and children) you will be charge $100 per person (after the 8th) per night.

House Rules

A manual of the cabin and rules will be send by email two day before your arrival.There is a copy in the cabin as well

Payment Policy

100% payment will be take at the time of reservation. This will include nightly price, cleaning fee, taxes , and $250 damage deposit (damage deposit fee will be returned after cleaning crew send us pictures of the property as proof no damages were done during your stay )

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit will be returned completely after the cleaning crew reports no damages in the property. If there was a damage, cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from it. If you make a party, smoke, or take a pet with you to the cabin during your vacations you won't receive your deposit back.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds after that.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what travel insurance your credit card may offer. You can also visit www.insuremytrip.com.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc.

Please be advised: Due to our cabin is located on a mountain where during winter can be very low temperatures or snow, you have to be advise that unless is a mandatory evacuation in OUR area no refunds will be provided. Before, during or after the storm/ bad weather/ winds the electricity, internet or water may be gone for hours or days. We will do our best to assist you and guide you during that time but no money will be return. We have gas fireplace ( this will keep you warm) gas stove (you will be able to cook) but our water comes from a well, in order to have water the cabin needs to have electricity. Also, when there is low temperatures pipes can get frozen (usually under 20 degrees F ) we recommend to save water enough for cooking, flushing the toilet, bath and to drink for everyone in the cabin. After all you are renting during winter and all this is part of the experience.
