Delightful country house with pool, air conditioning, Internet and stunning sea views



In the dreamlike Easter of the island, with breathtaking panoramic view of the open Mediterranean, lies the modern holiday house in Finca style with guest apartment "Can Morna II".



The holiday home in Finca style Can Morna 2 also called Casa Formentera is located on a 10-acre site.



The house has a 2500m2 large plot planted with ornamental plants and fruit trees. Rural and quiet, but not secluded, here you can experience Ibiza's idyllic Ibiza.



The picturesque village of San Carlos is only a few minutes drive away, as well as the bizarre coves and natural beaches of the north.



The house is furnished in a modern, Mediterranean style and equipped with the necessary comfort! The front 2 bedrooms have the same amazing sea view !!!! Living and dining room with American kitchen and 2 bathrooms complete the facilities. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning.



Below the house you can comfortably welcome your guests, friends, ect. accommodate. The guesthouse is equipped with a coffee kitchen and bathroom.



Your Ibiza finca holiday is rounded off by the 300m2 private terraces and a private pool 7m x 3.50m with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a veranda with a fantastic sea view and panoramic views which invites you every morning for a leisurely breakfast in the open or for a group barbecue.



A gas barbeque is available for guests for barbecues. The house is also very well suited for a family finca holiday!



For guests with small children cot and high chair can be provided.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Ein wunderschöner Ort mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick! Wir haben uns von Beginn an wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Villa ist sehr sauber und noch schöner, als auf den Fotos! Sie bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Der Infinity Pool bietet einen grandiosen Blick über Es Canar bis nach Santa Eularia. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Arno und danke auch an Susanna!

We had a great stay- the location was fantastic (supermarket within easy reach, near to some of our favourite beaches, and a good position from which to explore the rest of the island) and the view from the house was amazing. Host was responsive to the minor hiccups/ questions we had so we felt well looked after.

A very comfortable house with an amazing view from and outside the pool. Great gas barbecue for all the cooking needs An independent studio is situated a level below also very nice. Access is uphill partly through a rough road but a basic Opel Corsa managed so no worries. The local Suma supermarket a 2-3 minutes away has a good selection of amazing maturated meat a must see for meat enthusiasts. A bigger Eroski with fresh fish is 7mn away. The closest beaches are 15 mn away. We were 2 families with 3 kids and 1 uncle with plenty of space for everyone. Internet isn’t that good but 4g and 5G work just fine near the windows (thick walls) We had an amazing week thank you

Petit havre de paix ! Logement situé sur les hauteurs, loin du tumulte d’Ibiza et avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un vrai coin de paradis parfaitement entretenu. Le logement est situé à quelques minutes en voiture d’un supermarché, de restaurants etc. Le village dans lequel se situe la maison est un village typique d’Ibiza. Très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec pleins de petites attentions. Le logement est très bien équipé, vous aurez tout ce dont vous besoin pour votre séjour ! La maison est très agréable à vivre, spacieuse, plus belle en vraie qu’en photos ! La seule chose à savoir est que le chemin pour y accéder est escarpé et il est préférable d’avoir un 4x4. Vous pouvez louer cette villa les yeux fermés !!

We loved staying in the house of Arno. The setting is perfect. you have an amazing view from the house on the sea. the house itself is also very nice, good equiped with a lovely terrace(with bbq) and beautiful swimming pool. Around the house there is a garden with flowers, orange and lemon trees. The place is well located on a hill near san carlos. I would recommend staying here and would surely come back.

We had an amazing stay at Arno’s home near San Carles. The house is beautifully presented and furnished, and the view every bit as stunning as the photos suggest. It’s equipped with everything you could need, including chess sets, juicers and a choice of coffee machines! Susana was ready to greet us despite the late arrival of our flight and was so helpful, responding quickly to any enquiries we had and helping us get the best out of the area. The villa is in a hugely peaceful location, up a hill above San Carles village (hence the amazing view) – it’s only about a minute or two in the car but it’s steep in places and up an unfinished road so worth getting a decent hire car/SUV to get you up the hill. We only wished we could have stayed longer as waking up to that view was such a tonic. The area is also fabulous. San Carles village has everything you would want including a lovely bakery, pizza restaurant and gelateria, as well as the famous Anita’s Bar. We were a few km from loads of brilliant beaches, with Cala San Vincente being our favourite but Benirras also well worth the trip. Thanks a lot to Arno and Susana for a fantastic holiday - great hosts and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great time at this house. The location is secluded, and it feels like there are not neighbors around. However, it is also very close to the cute town of San Carlos. The view is fantastic, better than in the pictures. Arno and Susana were great and available at all times. I would come back next year without hesitation.

No commercial use, no subletting, no parties.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.

Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.

In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.

Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.

The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
