Perfect location! This house is located next to the Manatee River with access to a community boat ramp & dock. Bring your own boat or rent. Perfect for avid fisherman. Also situated by hwy 64 for easy access to the powdery beaches of Anna Maria Island! This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a private pool to lounge in while watching the wildlife around the pond. Please be cautious, we have nesting turtles behind the lanai. Conveniently located near Restaurants, Publix, Costco and more.
