P&J's cottage is a newly updated rental home located on the Intracoastal Waterway, offering guests great water views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Lots of sun and fun for kids and adults alike. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a relaxing vacation or a romantic getaway.

Currently, the upper floor of the property is available for rentals. The space is newly renovated with new appliances, a smart TV, new decor, and more.

There are three bedrooms, one with 2 beds, one with 1 bed, and one with 1 bed and a toddler bed. There are also comfy couches and chairs in the living room, and kids space. The kitchen has seating for 10. This space can also be a great work space with an amazing view.
