CAVEATS
A 4x4 with good clearance is needed to access this property. If stuck the caretaker can assist for a fee.
AWD cars such as Subaru, Tesla, and Audi Quattro will not make it across the 200 yards of soft sand.
4WD cars should have the air in the tires reduced to 15 psi
There is a parking lot where you can pard 2WD vehicles and then walk across the sand peninsula to the house.
Liability release is required of all users of toys, boats, and sporting equipment.
In the off-season, the Cottage (sleeps 6) is closed. It does not have heat, and the water has been turned off.

IMPORTANT
Each guest must sign our lease and provide their personal email, cell phone, mailing address, picture of a valid government ID, and selfie showing the ID next to their face. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the cancellation of their booking.
This home is under new management. To the best of our knowledge, the amenities are represented, but they are subject to change.
The living, dining, and kitchen are all on the 2nd floor, while all bedrooms are on the 1st Floor.
