Newly updated for the 2025 season, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers all the comforts of home with stunning ocean views. Watch dolphins play, listen to the soothing waves, and relax on the private deck. Perfect for work or play, this condo sleeps up to 8 and features a full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, cable TV, and high-speed internet.

When it’s time to explore, private building beach access is just steps from your door—though temporary adjustments have been made due to recent storms (see below).

Inside the Condo
This freshly renovated condo offers a bright, modern interior with updated furnishings and amenities.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a range, refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser), dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for cooking and dining.

Living Room: Relax with a sleeper sofa, three chairs, Roku smart TV with cable, and sliding door access to the deck for an unobstructed ocean view.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2) with memory foam mattress, AC, wall-mounted TV with cable, dresser, closet, attached full bathroom with shower, and sliding doors to the deck.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with queen mattresses on both upper and lower bunks, AC, TV with cable, dresser, and closet.

Bathrooms: One attached to Bedroom 1 (shower) and one in the hallway (tub/shower combo), both stocked with shampoo and body wash dispensers for your convenience.

2024 Storm Update
Recent storms have impacted the beach and dunes on the north end of North Topsail Beach, causing the beach in front of the condo complex to shift. As a result, access to the beach may be limited depending on the tides.

During low tide, you may still be able to reach the beach, though this could require walking through some water. For more consistent access, there are convenient public beach access points nearby, including Beach Access #1, just a short 3-minute drive (1 mile south) with free parking, and another access point located just north of Building 1.

Despite these changes, you can still enjoy an unforgettable oceanfront experience, with the higher tides bringing a unique perspective and a front-row seat to dolphin sightings most mornings.

Parking: Free parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Linens & Towels: Linens and towels will be delivered prior to your arrival, based on the guest count provided at the time of booking.

No Pets: HOA policy prohibits pets for guests.
Basic Essentials: We provide a starter kit with paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap/dishwasher tablets. You may want to bring extras depending on your stay.
Laundry: A credit card-operated laundry facility is located next to Building 7.
Food/Grocery delivery: There is pizza delivery to our community as well as grocery delivery through Instacart.
