The open main space combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas and immediate access to the outdoors. Lined by a wall of over-sized windows and sliding doors to the back deck, the entire space showcases a beautiful view of Night Heron Park and the natural beauty that surrounds Kiawah Island. The recently updated coastal-themed living room features seating for the whole family, a flat-screen TV, and wine bar for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, gourmet appliances and everything needed to prepare a meal while on vacation. The comfortable dining area offers seating for six with easy access to an expansive screened porch and deck area.

The spacious master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, his and her closets and a luxurious private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second beach-themed bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and updated bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The newly redecorated third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, full trundle, large mounted TV, X-box gaming system, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The villa’s ample outdoor space is accessible from the main living area and provides gorgeous views of Kiawah’s trademark live oak trees. While the screened porch offers sectional seating for 5, the additional back deck includes Adirondack chairs and a bistro table, providing multiple options for a relaxing cup of coffee or glass of wine.
