A spacious 1481 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa end unit at the Island Club offers great panoramic views of the lagoon and glimpse of the ocean. This villa features 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a washer/dryer closet downstairs. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Upstairs you will find the master loft with a king size bed, master bath with steamed shower and jetted tub, walk-in closet, and additional room with a sleeper sofa.
Welcome to this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath two story end unit at Island Club in Hilton Head. Wake up to glamorous views of the lagoon with a beautiful fountain and catch a glimpse of the ocean from the panoramic windows and balcony. As you walk in the door you will notice a spacious kitchen that is fully furnished and open to the dining and living areas. The living room offers high ceilings, plenty of sunlight, smart TV, two arm chairs and a sleeper sofa. The first bedroom downstairs offers a queen size bed and the second bedroom downstairs offers a queen size bed and a tv. The full bathroom downstairs has ample size shower and washer/dryer closet. As you make your way upstairs you will find a master loft that features a king size bed and a flat screen tv. The master bathroom boasts double sinks, full steam shower, jetted tub, and walk-in closet. Additionally you will find a spare room with a sleeper sofa with a pocket door for privacy. Relax and drink your morning coffee while enjoying all the views from the balcony. This villa offers everything you need for your next beach vacation with family or friends. The Island Club features great amenities and has beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach. Additionally you will find nine tennis courts (seven clay courts and two Har-Tru courts), a fitness center, basketball courts, and catch and release fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills throughout the property, tanning sun deck with lounge chairs, a picnic area by the beach with games such as corn hole and lawn golf, and a children's playground. Island club also provides the option of bike rentals and fully equipped gym. Children will enjoy the zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, while adults soak in the hot tub, lay in a tanning shelf, or swim in the large heated lap pool. Maria, Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We are a tennis family! We also met some awesome people and played a lot of pickle ball. We love how close your place is to so many hiking trails, the beach, the pool and many restaurants. We could have rode a bike to many of the locations but chose to drive. This end unit was exactly what our family wanted in a vacation rental for five adults the week of Thanksgiving. The view from the upstairs master suite is stunning! We had close access to tennis and pickleball courts, a large game of Connect Four and bags. No more than 30 paces from the stairs were grills and picnic tables for outside dining. The beach was easy to find and the closet was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and a handful of beach toys. The appliances were all in good repair and easy to use. We were a group of 5 adults but the unit could have held two-three more adults with ease. The master suite upstairs is the crowning glory of a well-appointed unit. With a king bed, jacuzzi tub big enough for two and a roomy glass door shower, as well as a good sized tv and comfy oversized chair and ottoman, there was nothing else for us to want. Downstairs there is a lovely living room with full couch, two oversized chairs and a storage ottoman chock full of board games. The sliding door steps out on a patio with three tall chairs that were wonderful to sit on as the sun came up and we were planning our days. The kitchen has a three chair eat in counter and a six seater table at the ready for people to enjoy meals together. The cabinets are filled with cookware, utensils, small appliances, dishes and glasses. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, both have lovely bedding that is of a nautical theme. We had a lovely time. 10/10 would recommend!

Maria’s condo was perfect for us! A super close walk to the beach (ideal since we had our toddler with us), great pool, darling design and super clean. She was so responsive when we had questions. Already looking forward to staying again at some point.

We had such a great time visiting this beautiful condo. It exceeded all expectations. The location on the property was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old. There is a very spacious area right below the balcony where the kids could play while we watched from the deck. There were games, grills and plenty of tables. The views of the lagoon were amazing morning noon and night. This condo has everything you need and plenty of room. The pool area always had seats and seemed clean. The pool is very close to the condo and the beach is about a 5 or so min walk but it’s a beautiful walk. I can’t think of anything we would have changed other than if we drove we would have brought a beach cart to help with carrying everything to the beach. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back someday.

Well stocked condo, has everything you may have forgotten plus everything you will need at the beach. Easy walk to the beach, the pool and the gas/charcoal grills. Being an end unit makes you feel secluded yet close to everything. The views were stunning. I’m usually sketched out about using cookware at rentals, not this condo! A very well stocked kitchen which really makes the trip more relaxing. The condo is perfection! I let Maria know the beach umbrella was broken and she had a replacement umbrella delivered very quickly. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding! It really felt like home away from home ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's condo. The location, view, and condo were lovely! The staff at the condo resort were so welcoming and kind after a long day of traveling, and they continued to be very helpful and friendly the entire week. The condo was easily accessed, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We look forward to visiting again!

Great condo, very clean and spacious. 2 minute walk to the pools and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and toys to use at the beach. They do not provide beach towels so you’ll need to bring your own. The unit was located about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do! Very nice, safe, clean condo, would definitely recommend!
