This spacious house is situated in one of Phoenix's most vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy the many local restaurants, shops, and eateries in the area while retreating back to quietness & relaxation with golf course views as a serene backdrop, viewable from both bedrooms and the backyard.

This house features open floor plans seamlessly connecting living room into the kitchen. The living room boasted an impressive 85-inch TV with apple TV set up, accompanied by a cozy recliner, perfect for indulging in leisurely reading sessions. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances and ample counter space, inviting you to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a leisurely breakfast before hitting the links.

Retire to the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with restful nights in mind. Both bedroom have queen size bed and TVs w/ apple TV setup. This property features 2 full bathrooms, each bathroom can be accessed directly from the bedroom, and each has its own walk-in closet. The dedicated office area is located next to the side patio, providing another relaxing spot to work or read.

Our newly renovated backyard offers endless outdoor fun, featuring a 3-hole mini-golf course, a cornhole setup, and two seating areas. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee while taking in the beautiful golf course view. In the evenings, you can fire up the grill and engage in friendly outdoor games for some lively competition.

Right next to the property, you can find gated pool and hot-tub, available year-round from 5:00am until midnight. The gated pool and hot tub area is community shared space, however, it is never busy. The pool is not heated.

You also have access to one car garage. In the garage, you can find the washer & dryer, as well as a level 2 EV charger at 32Amp that should add 20-25 miles of range per hour over night.

A peaceful neighborhood with so many amenities near by. The pool was a bonus, right next door! I enjoyed morning walks and felt very safe. Iris was very responsive to my requests.

Perfect peaceful getaway spot! Pool and jacuzzi was literally right next door to the home. Bathrooms were huge and roomy. Went out to visit family for Easter and it was exactly what we needed and centrally located to all the different places we were going. Highly recommend Brunch Snob a couple miles away for breakfast or lunch.

The place was clean loved the bathrooms that connected but the pool area was so nice and the house is right next to it so it was very easy to go swimming and loved the tv size in the living room was perfect for watching movies and also the couch bed was perfect for sleeping but overall was a good area and good for what i paid for will book again.

We had a great stay at Iris’s place. Great home with comfortable beds, both bedrooms en suite. Convenient location to Mesa and Scottsdale. Thank you for the list of restaurants. We tried several of them and they were all good. Enjoyed the hot tub - it was so close and convenient! Would stay again.

Parking: There're strict parking restrictions as part of HOA policies. We ask you either park in the garage, or park on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Parking in the adjacent pool area parking lot is strictly for guests who are using the pool. No overnight parking is permitted in the pool area parking lot. Pool Area: - No cooking is permitted in the pool area - Pool gate must keep closed at all times - $100 fee for lost key EV charger: • Please charge at off-peak time from 9:05pm to 4:55am. The charger is programed already to automatically turn on at 9:05pm and stops at 4:55am. If you plug in the charger into your car before 9:05pm, it will only start charging at 9:05pm • Please DO NOT drop the charging connector and ALWAYS DOCK the connector into the receptacle after usage. Penalty for damaging charging equipment is $400. No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

$250 security deposits will be collected at booking, and will be refunded within 24 hours of check out date. The security deposits will be used if pool key is lost, EV charge is damaged or any major damage to the house.
