This is a fully remodeled 516sq ft condo with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, located at Seascape Resort. Our condo is THE CLOSEST to the beach that you can get in a one-bedroom unit at our resort. We have an amazing view of the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean!



Enjoy the light ocean breeze and the soothing sound of the waves while taking a walk on the beach! Meet sunrises and sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony!
CONDO LAYOUT

• LIVING ROOM: sleeper sofa, 43-inch smart HD TV, free WI-FI, board games, special coastal décor.

• KITCHEN: fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, full range oven, full-size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, electric griddle, wine and champagne glasses.

• BATHROOM: oversized walk-in tile shower with glass doors, combo washer/dryer.

• BEDROOM: custom-made king-size bed with a high-quality memory foam mattress and foam pillows, smart HDTV.

• BALCONY: private balcony with high-rise chairs and storage bench with beach chairs and beach toys for your kids, amazing view of the Gulf and the Seascape resort.



LOCATION

Our condo is located right ON THE BEACH! There is no need to cross a busy 4-lane HWY, just use the private beach bridge to get to the beach. It is also the closest to the beach you can get in a one-bedroom unit at Seascape Resort.

West end of the Galveston Seawall. Less than 10 minutes away from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Seawall and only 15 minutes away from the Strand Historic District (downtown Galveston).

This place is awesome. Fantastic location with great amenities and a big sandy uncrowded beach right in front. Quiet area but only a couple of minutes from the busier area of Galveston. The unit itself is super clean, newly remodeled and has a great beachy feel. Everything from the bed to the shower to the towels have a high end feel. Balcony has a great view and all of the beach gear and toys provided was a huge plus. The hosts have perfected the art of hosting, from the big stuff to the little. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay, the condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were clean, and we loved being right on the beach. The only thing I can’t comment on is how well the hosts dealt with complaints or issues because we didn’t have a single problem!

Our family stayed here for a night after an afternoon at the beach. It was wonderful to have somewhere to clean up and rest before our drive home. We were very grateful for beach access without having to cross a road. We had all the information we needed and they even reached out to let us know the space was available to check in slightly earlier than expected.

This was our third stay here; our home-away-from-home when visiting Galveston. The location is great for family time and couple time, and the beach area has a very secluded, private feel to it. The condo itself was clean and perfectly provisioned as always, and was just minutes from the main seawall action and attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the pool and peeking out to the beach was just perfect! We are already looking forward to next year; see you then!

Gary's place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. it was just me and my daughter but I think a small family of 4 would manage in the space. We enjoyed the pool a lot. the beach is super easy to access from the bridge and Gary provides chairs and toys for the sand. The only aspect we didn't like- and this is not within the hosts control- is the beach was not very sandy. The ground is hard and its not the kind of place to squirm your toes into the sand.

HOUSE RULES • Must be 25 years old or older to book the property. • All reservations are subject to a signed contract of the short-term rental agreement. The guests must review, sign, and send back the rental agreement within 48 h of booking. • No more than 4 people including kids and day-time visitors in the condo at all times. • Our condo is not child proofed; guests are solely responsible for the actions of the children in their party. • No smoking (inside, outside, on the balcony, no e-cigarettes). • No pets (inside or outside the resort). • One car per unit (the second car can be parked depending on the availability, which is determined by our guard). Parking is located underneath the building. • Wheelchairs and walkers are not suitable due to the small size of the condo. NOTE Please, do not click on "Reserve" before contacting us first. Click on “Contact host” and send us the short information about your guest group including : 1) The number of guests, your age 2) The number of cars you will be bringing 3) Do you have smokers? 4) Are you going to bring a pet? and the reason for renting the house. RENTAL AGREEMENT The Rental Agreement contains the basic information about the property, house rules, cancellation policy, etc. We email the agreement to our guests, since we can't attach files in private messages. The guests must review, sign, and send back the signed agreement within 48 h of booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. We accept payments through Airbnb only and don't make direct reservations. Sometimes we receive multiple inquiries for the same dates. We confirm reservations ONLY after payment has been made and a signed rental agreement has been sent within 48 hours of booking . We do not hold dates for our guests.
