Enjoy an afternoon swim, fishing and stunning sunset evenings on this beautiful lakefront property. This property has a large dock with a sandy bottom.

The main level features a large living room, a large dining table overlooking the lake, a sitting room with a claw machine and a small kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. You will be just a short distance from Hankerd Hills 27 hole golf course and restaurant, as well as within short walk of the county park and playscape.

Dock: 40 ft. Dock with one side available for you to bring your own boat. Please be aware that the water is shallow directly at the dock.

Seawall: The front yard/seawall is about 7 feet up from the water. There are large rocks at the bottom, so safety is very important, and children need to be closely supervised. There is also a rockwall flower bed that has a large cliff.

Drinking Water: Well water, fine to drink.

Smoking: Due to the location of the property, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.

Fireworks: are prohibited.

Fire-pit: Yes, lakeside. Wood is not provided.

Fishing: You can fish right off the dock or bring a small boat.

Grill: Propane

Internet: High-speed internet.

Parking: 3 cars in driveway.

Parties: No. Maximum of 12 guests at a time. There is a strict curfew of quiet times between 10 pm-6 am, as there are houses very close by.

Pets: No pets allowed. Non shedding dogs may be considered for a pet fee.

Privacy: Neighbors are very close on both sides.

TV's: 65" Smart TV in living room and TV in Master.

Towels: All bath and kitchen towels will be provided during your stay. Please bring beach towels with you!

Washer and Dryer: Yes. Detergent is provided.

Wood: Not provided. Please bring your own wood
