Ohana Adventure House - Bear Valley- Pet Friendly - Arnold

Welcome to our Ohana (family) Adventure House set in the Sierras. Whether youre here to enjoy the views of sequoias by the fire, relax with a cappuccino or wine from nearby Murphys, hike the Arnold Rim Trail, or ski and romp in the snow in Bear Valley – Arnold is Natures reset.
Come unplug and rejuvenate, or work-from-Arnold with our fast WIFI. Arnold has the best of the Sierras without the Tahoe crowds.

UPSTAIRS
The main living space is a large open open concept with exposed beams with a spacious dining table roomy for 8, and a welcoming living room with cathedral windows where you can gaze at the wood burning stove or the treetops.
A coffee bar sets the stage for your morning with a DeLonghi espresso machine or pour over for you to enjoy with handmade ceramics on the deck, dont worry, waking at sunrise not required.

Kitchen is equipped with instantpot, vitamix blender, immersion blender, and cast irons and quality pots and pans, and cutco chefs knife. Food is life;we dont mess around.

There are 2 bedrooms with queens upstairs with a shared bath with tub.

DOWNSTAIRS:
A whole second living room with Roku TV is a great spot for kids or movie night.
The larger 3rd bedroom has a queen and twin bunks.
A second bathroom downstairs has a shower.

The deck has been furnished for outdoor entertaining and mountain views. A comfy couch and large dining table make it a place for family and friends to hang out from sunrise through stargazing.

RESPECTFUL ENJOYMENT
We do not permit parties and noise ordinance is in effect. We have an outdoor camera that monitors the driveway. If you have questions, please dont hesitate to ask.
