There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a bathroom on each level, with 4 beds and a queen sized air mattress. The first level has one bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated laundry area on this level. The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, 5 burner gas stove, upgraded appliances and a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms! The primary bathroom offers an amazing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

Let's talk about the views! Wake up in the morning to the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy your coffee on one of the two balconies with ocean views. Relax in the evening and listen to the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The backyard has a fire pit with ample seating and a gas grill with gas provided. Beach chairs, cart and towels are provided. The house is centrally located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
