Total $ Amount due at booking Amount due upon booking $Total Charges Rules: 1) Visitors: Only those on the reservation may occupy the premises. 2) Pets: No pets are allowed on the property 3) Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the house. 4) Parties: No Parties are allowed on the property. 5) The tenants agree not to use the property in a way to disturb the peace in the surroundings or environment. 6) The tenant’s personal property is not covered in the insurance purchased by the owner against lost, theft, or negligence. 7) The tenant indemnifies the landlord and the property free and harmless against any liabilities like accidents, loss of property, injury, or death of any person. 8) The tenants must be at least 25 years of age and provide copy of drivers license. 9) The tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the property in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by owner by being immediately habitable by the next tenants, post housekeeping services. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The tenants agree that the owner shall deduct costs of said services from the security or damage deposit, if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. 10) Security video cameras are located on the driveway, dry entry, pool area; pool is within security camera coverage area of device; tampering with these is against rules. 11) Expedited eviction procedures will apply if the home is used in a manner that does not adhere to this short-term rental agreement.
