Absolutely gorgeous beachfront condo with over 1200 ft² with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor of a luxury secured building in the heart of Sint Maarten’s capital, Philipsburg, and one of the best beaches on the island - the Great Bay.

You can forget about noisy hotel hallways; with only 2 units per floor, this building offers private entrance to the unit occupying half of the floor.

The unit features a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along with all cookware, bake ware, and dinnerware one may desire.

The large open concept floor plan area also features dining area, living room with bay window, and tiled floors throughout. Additional features include LCD TVs in living room and master bedroom, in unit washer and dryer, convenient safe, and free WiFi.
