Parking:
Two parking permits are provided. The parking garage is across the street. The parking garage is designed for small to moderate-sized vehicles and has some tight turns. Oversized vehicle parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. (Think Yukon, Expedition, etc. for oversized.) Midsize SUVs like our Jeep Grand Cherokee fit just fine. Motorcycles can park in the garage. Contact me if you need to bring a motorcycle trailer, and I can provide information.

Lil’ Salty is hosted by Dena and Michael Beck. We live in Atlanta, GA with our two schnauzers. We visited Myrtle Beach for the first time in September 2023, and knew immediately that this was where we would find our perfect beach home. Michael is from Buffalo, NY, and Dena married into the Mafia. Go Bills!

The address is 2710 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach SC 29577.

When you arrive at the Patricia Grand Resort, there is some loading/unloading parking right in front of the building. You'll want to park there to unload your belongings onto the hotel carts to get it to your room.

To get to your room, go to the right of the lobby. You'll see a bank of three elevators. Take an elevator to the 7th floor. Unit 738 will be immediately to the right of the elevator.

Your parking pass will be in your room. (Do not go to the front desk. Lil' Salty is a privately owned condo, and the front desk has no record of your reservation.)

Once you have your parking pass, you will need to move your vehicle over to the parking deck directly across the street. Make sure the parking pass is visible on your dash or hanging from your rearview mirror.

NO SMOKING:
The Patricia Grand Resort is a 100% smoke-free and tobacco-free property. All cigarette, electronic cigarette, vaporizer an smokeless tobacco use is strictly prohibited within all rooms, balconies, pool areas and common spaces. Any evidence of smoking or smokeless tobacco use anywhere on the premises will result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee assessed by the Resort. Evidence of smoking or smokeless tobacco use in the condo will result in a $350 cleaning fee assessed by the host.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Do not use hair dye/color, self-tanner or glitter in the condo. Use of these products will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Avoid leaving dirty linens outside the unit for pickup. They will be collected by a company we do not utilize. Linens left outside will not be returned to us.
• Guests are responsible for missing linens and will be charged accordingly.
• If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us first so we can promptly address them and make things right. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that if a cancellation request is made without giving us the opportunity to resolve any concerns, we will be unable to honor the cancellation.
• No parties. Violators will be charged $250
• Guests may be asked to complete a rental agreement. Text for the agreement will be provided prior to accepting the booking.
• Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their government issued ID.

Payment Policy

A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation. This will be applied to the total amount due. 100% of the payment is due 30 days before your arrival. Payments are not refundable.

Please contact me prior to booking if you prefer to pay by some method other than a credit card (cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Old School Paper Check, etc.). That can be arranged for you. Payment policies still apply.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposit is non refundable. Cancellations will not be refunded unless it is more than 14 days before the arrival date. Deposit may be applied to a future date at the owner's discretion.

Full refunds for unused nights are issued in the event of a mandatory evacuation. No refunds are issued for bad weather in other areas which prevent your arrival at the Patricia Grand.

Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season which runs from June until November. Travel insurance can be purchased at https://www.travelinsurance.com/?utm_source=pap&a_aid=666e207734686. There are two types of Travel Insurance. You can typically chose a policy for "unforseen events" or "cancel for any reason."

Notes

Lil’ Salty is a privately owned condo even though it is located inside a hotel. This means that the door has a coded lock and you do not need to stop at the busy front desk when you arrive. It also means that you need to contact us with any problems. The front desk does not have any record of your stay, and they are unable to assist you. Our condo IS NOT part of their onsite rental program. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, for an additional fee, let me know, and I will check with my cleaner for availability.
