If you’re heading to the beach in the winter months, savor the oceanfront views from the wall of windows in the warm comfort of your living room or main bedroom!

We highly recommend travel insurance! Hurricane season is June through November and we do not offer refunds for weather.

Blue Salt Bungalow is an oceanfront one level home located off North Shore Drive in Surf City. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large oceanfront deck, breathtaking ocean views, high speed wireless internet, and so much more, Blue Salt Bungalow is the perfect getaway for you and your family! Linens are included.

First Level: At the top of the stairs, the door is on your right, and the ocean is straight ahead! This first and only level contains all living areas, all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the beach access, outside shower, and more!

Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this well stocked kitchen! Completely renovated in 2024!

Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with room to seat up to 6 people. Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished! Enjoy your first meal of the day basking in the sunlight with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Living Room: This area features couches and a TV. With a couch and a love seat, and 2 chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie on the large flat screened TV after a long day on the beach or out on the boat! Open the curtains of the large windows to let in the sunshine and take in the spectacular view!

Absolutely perfect! The location of this pristine, charming, and thoughtfully- funcional beach house was unbelievable. We could walk forever in either direction or just sit on the deck and soak in the view. The home's location, (right next a public beach access) provided a bit of extra space between neighboring properties, and the always-blowing "Access 8" flag was a convenient landmark to guide us back home. Although being outside was awesome, unwinding inside was equally delightful. With plenty of space and windows everywhere, the interior was exceptional. The responsive and helpful host has furnished and curated this place exactly as you want a beach house: uncluttered, comfortable, and upscale. We loved every moment from the seamless check- in to the easy checkout. We could not have been happier. Totally recommend!

This place shows better in person I think than the pictures and the pictures are beautiful. The kitchen is pristine and sparkling white. The views are breathtaking from the dining room all the way through the Master bedroom. The linens were crisp and white, and finally the design of the home is simply gorgeous. We could not have picked a better place. The host was always responsive and let us check in early. We’ll be coming back again next year.

This home-away-from-home is perfect for couples or families. The location is perfect, the views of the ocean are beautiful, and the home itself is in pristine condition. Communication with the host was clear and easy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need to cook. The deck had two locked gates for the safety of your furry friend or child. The walk to the beach was within steps from the back door, which made everything super convenient. Lastly, the collection of recommendations were great to have and explore the island during our stay. If we could put 10 stars, we would!

“Clean and Beautiful views ”

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week here! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! The view reminded us of being on a cruise ship….cant get any closer to the ocean than this! Michele was an excellent and responsive host!

Absolutely wonderful!!!!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was amazing. We found the property very clean and very well stocked. My husband and I loved our stayed and dolphin watched every day. We will miss this beach house but most definitely want to come back soon. Thanks so much for an awesome stay.

Fantastic beach house, location, and amenities

If you're expecting an average stay at the beach with a typical rental property, think again. Michele's home is positioned right on the dunes for amazing views and has everything you need for an "at-home" experience. The house is beautifully styled with a sparkling kitchen, Bosch appliances, and stylish decor. Unlike your average rental, the beds are made on arrival, towels are neatly folded ready for use, no need to purchase toilet paper, kitchen roll, herbs and spices, soap, shampoo, or conditioner - it's all provided. There are also hair appliances, beach towels, and so much more. Michele was a responsive host and we couldn't have asked for a more effortless experience. You can tell she really cares about her home and guest experience. Enjoy the views of the shore, dolphins, shrimp boats, and fishermen. Perfect week at the beach. Thank you Michele.

Hi - Thanks for checking out our vacation homes! We are a family of four (myself, husband, son and daughter). We purchased our Surf City home in March 2022, and took over management in October (previously managed by a large local management company).

We purchased property for our Desert Aire home in 2000 after years of staying with friends. We built a home that was complete at the end of 2022 and love spending time with family and friends out there when we can.

We're excited to share our vacation properties with others to enjoy as well!
