“Stunning Oceanfront Gem”

For the second year we spent a week with our family at this beautiful oceanfront condo. We slept to the sounds of the ocean waves through the screened patio attached to the master bedroom, and walked along the beach for the sunrise, spotting dolphins as went each morning. The condo itself has everything you need, The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfy, and everything is impeccably clean.
We hope to return here year after year. We have been to Hilton Head since our children were little, and have stayed in many places, but this condo is simply the best. The owners are quick to respond, and helpful with any questions that we had. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We spent 5 nights at Maria’s place. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. There was also good access to bike trails. The beach was a short walk. The pool was never crowded. The place itself is beautiful and just as pictured (other than a different outdoor table but I prefer the one that is there now). We would love to stay there again.

Me and my Family needed a break from the City and this was the perfect place! Right next to the beach with an amazing pool and hot tub. Walking distance from wonderful shops and restaurants. Will be coming back!

Amazing location & facility! You walk out your door just steps to beautiful pool area and very nice beach access. Such a great part of Hilton Head to be in for our young family. We were able to easily walk to the park, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Not mentioned in the description but a huge perk was all of the beach gear available at the condo at the time of our visit: chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The pictures available very accurately represent the condo and surrounding area. Everything about the condo was very nice and Maria was a great host!

Such a nice space and the location is perfect!! We enjoyed our time at Shorewood. The pool and beach were close and the view was what we were looking for! Maria was quick to respond and the place was super comfortable.

Great Beach Location

We spent a few days here with our small children for a spring getaway. The whole place was extremely clean and tidy with great views of the ocean from the living room and patio. The locations was perfect, first floor and steps from the beach made it easy to come and go between naps, potty breaks, etc. There was also lots of other things to do nearby and within walking distance. We would love to come back in some nicer weather!

This location is key! It is ideal for accessing the private beach, the pool, and the plethora of shops and restaurants in walking distance. And you cannot beat the view this condo boasts. For our family of 4, this condo was clean, spacious, and offered plenty of amenities. Definitely would stay again!

Best Hilton Head Experience

Our stay couldn’t have gone any better! The location of the condo is perfect for the beach, pool, and easy walk into town. The condo was very clean and well stocked! Maria and her husband thought of everything that you might need during your stay. Views from the condo are spectacular! Can’t wait to stay here again in the future! Convenient location and clean villa!!

We had a great stay for our first time on Hilton Head Island! The villa was just as described and photographed in the listing! The location was very convenient! The ability to walk to the beach and pool easily with our toddler in tow. The zero entrance pool and fountains were a bit with our 2.5 year old. We also were able to walk to parks, shops, and restaurants. Maria and Martin were great hosts and had great communication when we had questions throughout the week!! We would stay here again! Spectacular stay at Shorewood

This property is top notch - we loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The decor is modern but very comfortable and was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, thoughtful and all of the appliances seemed new. We love the little bit of grassy backyard feel, nice outdoor table and quick access to the pool and beach. The managers (Kozaks) were very responsive and checked in to make sure all was well. Drinking coffee in the two cozy chairs in the big picture window looking at the dunes and ocean was dreamy. I am already thinking about next year - thank you!
