Oceanfront! This condo overlooks the pool and has beautiful ocean views. The new sound-proof sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows provide an unfiltered view of the beautiful surroundings. Our home features new renovations, comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen and bright spacious lounging areas.



This first floor unit is only steps away from a short private walk to the beach.



This condo has a two brand new pools, two brand new hot tubs and a new fire pit area with grilling station.



This is the perfect unit for making wonderful Hilton Head memories with your family.This condo is separated into two halves by the entry foyer, making it perfect for groups and families alike. All flooring has been updated to tile. On the left side you have the Kitchen with its new custom cabinetry, Black Slate appliances and granite countertops. The Kitchen will be fully-equipped for those who prefer to cook rather than dine out. Just off the Kitchen is the Dining Area, with seating for six. Completing this open-concept condo is the Living Room with all-new furniture which enhances the flow of this beautiful beachfront property. Completing the Living Room is a large Flat Screen TV and slider to your private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean! The Primary Bedroom features a King-sized bed with new bedding, Flat Screen TV and slider access to your private balcony. The en-suite Primary Bathroom is updated with a granite vanity, large sunken tub and tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the villa is the Guest Bedroom with two Queen size beds, Flat Screen TV and yet another slider to your private balcony. Getting around

Villamare provides a parking garage underneath the facility and adjacent to the building. Spaces are reserved for guests staying within the building. There are walking and bike paths that lead throughout the area. In addition, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove. During a normal season, the Buggy services more than 50,000 passengers. Response times can vary depending on the time of day or month. The dispatcher will try to provide a realistic wait time when you call. This service is available seasonally from April to Labor Day to residents and guests. The Buggy will bring passengers to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, as well as Shelter Cove Harbour, Shelter Cove Towne Centre, and the Plaza at Shelter Cove.

If guests cancel between 60 and 30 days before check-in, they will be refunded 50% for all nights. If guests cancel within 30 of check in time, guests will pay 100% for all nights.
