Helpful Hint: the slider has a safety bar in the middle of the side frame - it drops down to provide an extra way to lock the slider closed!

Hi! We are Cindy, Bob & Mike Dimitroff and we co-own this gorgeous OceanFront condo! This is our third unit on Hilton Head Island (see below for info on the other 2 units). Bob & I have been married for 34 years and Mike is our son.
We love HHI & hosting and hope you will enjoy staying with us.

I can’t say enough good things about the unit or the host!
The unit is a great size for two people and is very clean! Both times I’ve stayed, I’ve been impressed with how spotless everything is!! I love the location of it in regard to the boardwalk. It is also at a great spot on the island to be close to all the fun of HHI while also being able to venture to Bluffton.
The hosts are also super sweet! Cynthia was super kind and accommodating when the website had some booking errors I truly look forward to working with her again and staying in this unit again next year (:

This has to be the best Air BnB we’ve stayed at. The condo was immaculate and comfortable. The view was stunning! Everything you could need or think of was present in the condo. Even an electric kettle!!
There were 2 large smart TVs, a comfy couch, well stocked kitchen and a breathtaking sunrise on the deck each morning.
The hosts were great communicators and everything was easy! Will definitely stay again!!!

Our stay at this condo was perfect. Everything was as stated in the advertisement. It is a beautiful condo, very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a great location as well. Lots of restaurants and activities close by. The sunrises in the morning were spectacular. The hosts had very clear instructions, helpful tips and wonderful suggestions. I would highly recommend this home, location and host. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!

Great condo with a beautiful view of the ocean . So close we could hear the waves! Just a few steps to a great walking or biking beach. Easy check in and out. Fully equipped kitchenette. Great shower and a very comfortable bed. Parking was so convenient to unit. Thank you Cindy and Bob for providing us with a wonderful vacation experience ! Also your golf recommendations were extremely helpful ⛳️😊

Location location location. You can't stay much closer to the beach than this. Space is at a premium here and this unit covers all the bases in a compact footprint. The popular beach here on Hilton Head is soft and pleasant to walk on. This makes for a comfortable and kid friendly beach experience.
This resort is also popular and the wooden construction tends to convey noise from other occupants a bit more than I would like. Some folk are just noisy. We didn't try out any of the restaurants in the resort but I expect they are all of good quality.
Most of what you're paying for with this unit is the premium location. if you want to have this view and have this kind of access to the beach at Hilton Head this is probably one of the best deals you'll find. If the location isn't your primary concern, this stay might not be the right bang for buck for you.
